動物世界挺好玩的，可以車行。

房間舒適大氣，每間房間都是普通酒店套房的大小，非常舒適。客廳還備有小廚房和設施，家庭親子出遊非常事宜。酒店還自帶有黑天鵝等水禽投喂，建在濕地的酒店自帶天然魚塘，可惜小朋友不喜歡釣魚，不然可以一試。酒店就在古鎮背面，去古鎮也很方便，晚上可以在房間陽台欣賞煙火，不一樣的視角，也不用去古鎮人擠人的看。

【整體】：軟件硬件都很過關，沒的説，當之無愧是龍之夢地區排名第一，如果來龍之夢，預算夠的話，絕對是這裏，沒有之一。詳細參照 4.1-4.7超預期的點。
如果硬要説改善的話，提幾點個人建議：希望能把套餐附屬的票務更靈活一些，比如1：可選戲水或動物園，比如2:根據人數 票務可稍微有微調。相信選擇住這裏的客人絕不會在乎幾百塊錢的差額，但如果能超越客人的預期提供驚喜，就可以邁向國際品牌了。
各項感想如下：
【設施】：整個房間硬件設施真的很棒，很新，很過硬。 浴室水的温度熱的比較慢，也是沒有辦法的事情，個人覺得可以提前告知一下客人會更好。
【衞生】：房間很新，打掃到位，很乾凈，沒有任何的不適。
【環境】：很安靜，非常好👍。 湖水稍微有點那個啥，考慮國內整體環境，完全可以理解。
【服務】：非常棒。管家服務非常到位，
1，提前介紹各項服務，
2，熱心介紹需要的注意點，比如大馬戲早點去，各項時間安排注意點等
3，隨叫隨到，
4、超出預期的點,比如，
4.1，臨時延長checkout的時間到14:00
4.2，追加被褥。
4.3，龍之夢樂園的班車🚌説實話很爛的，打電話給樂園整體客服竟然沒有任何改善，敷衍了事，給咱們酒店説了後，馬上就落實了。
4.4，房間陽台看煙花🧨，非常震撼，真心🎉。4.5，房間裏小桌球，孩子們玩得很高興
4.6，早餐很不錯👍
4.7，天氣很熱，酒店內部很大，整體移動需要接駁車，迅速到位

到古鎮很近，上個電梯，過馬路就是，在陽台上看煙花這麼的歲月靜好，沒有人擠人，沒有樓下的喧囂，衹有一池靜水配着炫目的煙火，好像衹為一人綻放，鬧中取靜不過如此了，管家小陳很友好，幫我們考慮很周全，非常愉快的旅行。有機會還會來。

酒店在太湖古鎮旁邊，扶梯可直達古鎮入口，鬧中取靜，更像室外桃園。預測五一整個度假區都十分繁忙，出行前也擔憂選擇節假日高峯會給寶寶和長輩帶來不便，但酒店就是一處別樣的風景，不僅沒有喧鬧的不愉快，也沒有服務不到位的緊張感。特別感謝小丁管家，滿足我們一家大小所有的住店需求，真的隨時都能迴應我們。酒店硬件設施齊全，孩子在酒店就能喂到黑天鵝、小鹿，比在動物園更盡興。酒店替我們包攬的大馬戲和動物園門票，以及來回接駁車的車票，真的體貼細緻，極具性價比。酒店的工作人員都非常友善，有問必答，幽默風趣，感謝你們讓我們有一次難忘的五一之旅！

帶孩子來湖州玩兒，住在百花島精品酒店，非常滿意。酒店有特色，很漂亮，位置也很好。管家J非常負責，最後還幫我們解決了趕高鐵的問題，下次出行還會住這裏的！

這次五一出遊，全家選擇入住這家度假村。剛到的時候感覺這個人工景區還是可以的。入住後沒有給我們房卡，就覺得很奇怪。在我的追問下，店家説忘記了。之後到晚上睡覺前，發現床上都是小蟲子，密密麻麻的。想打電話給服務中心，發現電話時壞的。衹能用手機打外線聯繫，約半小時後來了個夜班服務人員，衹是幫我們換了床單被套，我要求換枕套，但被拒絕，理由是看上去不臟。還説次日會有管理人員給我答覆。待次日一直到下午四點，店家的一個管理人員才與我聯繫，給出的解決方案也很草率，一點都沒有覺得自己店家有問題，不斷的引導顧客話語，讓我認為周邊綠化多，床上有蟲很正常，至於店家草率的解決方案我直接拒絕了。在我拒絕之後店家就再也不理會我們了，表示隨便我怎麼去投訴好了。本來美好的小長假，瞬間有了一塊污點。雖然店家的管家一直在跟我賠禮道歉，但是這種徒勞操作讓我對管理層更加失望。店家的態度很明確，知道大家都是一次性生意，所以無所謂。兩晚9000多的價格，這種服務態度，真的讓客户心寒。以後也不會再來了。
