Such a beautiful place but such horrible service. No dinner options the first night cause they ran out of ingredients (in a very remote location), movie subscription expired, couldn’t use shower after checking out, brings one towel instead of two for the both of us etc. Lack of flexibility with nothing more than a beautiful location, paired with relative indifference from the staff. Thank goodness we were in a good mood, cause these details adding up can easily ruin your mood for a getaway especially when paying this amount.

Amazing stay. House staff is excellent in offering an impeccable service without being too intrusive. Food choice and taste is also simple and very nice. A truly unique and magical experience if you like quiet and slow life, moments spent here will become nice memories.

房間裝修粗糙，建築外觀老舊，景色一般，全是高壓線。各種不滿還不允許提前離店，吃的要提前一天預訂，否則要開車出去15-20分鐘，早晨難吃。鹿自始至終沒看到，都是噱頭。

入住體驗極差的一次！車子剛開進來就感受到了絕望，路超小，還長草，車開進來都是刮著草過的，也沒人來管管，整個酒店都比較舊了，都沒有修善過，外景部分噴霧的地方甚至還有臭水溝的味道…..樓頂泳池板塊基本上算是荒廢了，裏面的廁所一開門就有一大股黴味撲面而來….攜程上説有健身室，管家説衹有兩個啞鈴，桌球室的桌球桌還是傾斜的，打一桿下去球會自己滾回來…..下午茶的西瓜是有爛味的….晚餐的菜吃出了預製的味道，除了油麥菜是新鮮的，酒釀圓子吃不出什麼酒釀味，，，圓子都有硬心。再説回房間，攜程上的是廣角實際上的房間比較小，特別是廁所的部分，淋浴室的窗簾下面長出了水藻，綠油油的，洗手盆還有中空的縫也沒修繕，馬桶沖水聲音爆響，誇張極了，甚至沖落地窗而來的窗户上都是斑斑點點的臟污，房間的空調還不能自己直接調，總控在樓下，需要羣裏和管家説讓管家給調，真是一次美妙的體驗😅收藏了大半年的民宿 爆雷

設施：非常新，非常有設計感，拍照打卡非常出片
衞生：很乾凈，雖在野外，但驅蟲很到位，房間也沒有蚊蟲，還有電動蚊香
環境：非常優美，在茶山的包圍中，非常適合家庭團聚，朋友聚會或公司團建，可以一整天哪都不去，就在民宿附近玩
服務：管家式服務，非常細心，早上含早餐很豐盛，晚上還有安神牛奶，下午茶自取，minibar免費，行李搬運，體驗感拉滿。
這次是和朋友相聚，下次一定要帶一大家人再來體驗一次下！
