這麼多年住酒店感受最差的一次，在沒有退房的情況下，保潔阿姨把我裝在袋裡的耳機、刮鬍刀等物品當垃圾給扔了！質問的時候還説讓我自己來證明“所謂丟失”的物品確實帶來酒店的！自己工作的失職還用這樣的理由來狡辯，無語！差差差差！不過店長的態度還是值得肯定的，第一時間來彌補保潔阿姨的過錯！

一定要給個五星好評，酒店環境優美，房間空間蠻大的，前台小姐姐給我升級了房型，很不錯，客房打掃得蠻乾淨的，出行比較方便，樓下就是很大的一個商場，吃的，用的都有，離高鐵站不遠，門口公交可以直達。最主要還是前台服務貼心，有應必答。
