乘開學前帶孩子來龍之夢玩，為了出行方便選擇了龍之夢歡樂世界大酒店，酒店房間整體無功無過，就是房間牆壁有點點污漬，整體衞生還需進一步提高，管家小靜服務到位，給我們出行提供建議和幫助，非常感謝！這次出行大馬戲看了，小鎮煙花秀打鐵花看了，歌舞表演、動物世界也看了，不錯不錯！

訂房時不小心訂錯了，打電話給酒店，服務人員態度不錯，提供建議幫我重新訂房。酒店環境還行，辦理入住時，前台的工作人員會很熱情的介紹遊玩的項目，還安排了管家。不得不給管家小靜點贊，超級好。很周到，很貼心。房間位置很滿意，在陽台上望出去，對面就是水世界，可以看到太湖古鎮，夜景不錯。

去的比較早，空房間還沒有出來，刷了房間贈送的門票，行李寄存了先去玩，管家小靜服務真好，房間出來了直接開好，等我們玩好回來，都不用去前台了，直接從管家那拿房卡，真方便。第一次去夢之龍這邊玩，不清楚的地方管家全部回覆到位，及時關注我們的入住需求，走的時候還有個小禮品，這趟出來玩，不管是住，玩，還是交通都很好。

床旁邊有大團的臟毛絮，空調出風口有蜘蛛網，洗澡間有上一批客人留下來的用剩下來的洗漱用品。一千多塊住到這種酒店我真是開了眼了。酒店給我的解決方案是下次來了給我升級房型，人在無語的時候真的會笑，你覺得還會再來麼？？值得一提的是後續攜程一直在積極溝通解決問題值得表揚，以後訂酒店還會選擇攜程平台
