積累了好多天班和同事臨時決定找個地方放鬆一下～
酒店的總體環境不錯，適合懶人休閑，想暫時躲避一下城市喧囂的話是個不錯的地方，就是周邊沒什麼商業，衹有茶園可以逛逛
服務人員都挺不錯的～其中一位叫張藝傑的，做事很耐心～辦理入住後也很積極的帶我們到房間，之後下午茶也一手安排好了，挺不錯的小夥子

去長興十里銀杏賞秋入住大唐貢茶璞仕酒店，一進酒店大堂就給人一種幽靜舒適的感覺，前台小帥特別熱情，不僅給了我們房間升級還帶我們去了房間（由於酒店佔地面積初來乍到可能找不到房間）。房間空間比較大，帶有陽台或庭院，餐廳飯菜也比較可口，這次入住很滿意啦

前台王佳芬小姐的服務非常到位。
唯一打4星，是因為酒店的早餐有待提高。種類少，重複多，所有人全都擠在麪檔。如果想要多些回頭客，早餐還是要改進。

媽媽一直想去長興，最近正好銀杏黃了，我們就打算去逛逛，選了好幾家酒店都滿房，無意刷到這家，感覺還不錯，主要399的套餐很划算，就訂了。
整體入住感覺很好，前台小葛很熱情周到，房間還做了升級，各方面服務都很及時，有單獨去十二坊街區和貢茶院的門，很近，貢茶院很美，值得一看。唯一差點意思的是餐飲，感覺服務員太少，不太忙得過來，但總體來説很不錯了，我和我媽玩的很開心，住的也很舒服。

酒店環境還可以，院子蠻大適合遛娃休閑遊。
早餐一般般，國慶節700多的價格，衹能説還湊合。
服務管理太差勁了，訂兩間房間，第二天沒有給打掃，遊玩一天回來房間裏亂七八糟心情很差。打電話到前台，問為什麼忘記打掃，前台竟然敷衍我説國慶滿房還沒打掃到我的房間，8點多了，衹能呵呵。。。後來來了前台接待的小姑娘，給我收了垃圾，換了毛巾。打掃房間的阿姨根本沒出現，早下班了吧，呵呵呵

廣告不實！飯店服務人員都好，房間佈置也好，就是太冷太冷了，沒空調，睡覺得穿羽絨服，好險第二晚，房間終於有暖氣了，但網絡卻沒了，還説解決後會告訴我，害我等到晚上一點，也沒人告知，兩天的早餐都沒使用，因為餐太爛了，等個圍爐煮茶，等到手凍腳凍的，等一個多小時，若廣告的內容做不到，為何還要忽悠消費者

不得不吐槽，這家酒店十分雞肋，酒店主打唐風主題，整體環境挺有特色的，但實際住下來優缺點都有，分享一些真實感受：
標間大床房房間挺大，床品乾淨，枕頭有硬有軟，床比較大，比較舒服，不過房間衣櫥都裝修味道，以茶文化為主題的酒店，茶杯不錯，還有茶經裝飾，但是為了降低成本，連茶包和咖啡包都不提供，房間沒有冰箱，但是有冰桶，走廊上也沒有製冰機。總體裝修達到四星，衞生間水壓足夠，中央空調有力。酒店配套挺全，有健身房、棋牌室，停車場充電樁也夠多，但是酒店老年住客較多，在棋牌室抽煙也就算了，但是在餐廳和走廊抽煙也就過分了，酒店服務員也不制止，入住體驗十分不好。
前台服務員服務態度有好有差，小劉美女服務規範，態度不錯，其他服務員一般。總體來説前台比較小，服務員不多，迎賓茶水到了晚上八九點就沒人加水了。客房部要求送的東西也能響應。餐廳部經理和服務員態度最好，晚餐團購口味不錯，價格不錯物有所值，早餐也比較豐富，有麪條餛飩豆腐腦，還有各種粥。
酒店就在大唐貢茶院旁邊，步行5分鐘就到。後門就是唐潮十二坊商業街，但是商鋪很少，生意慘淡。自駕到話附近還有貢茶古道和水庫，適合徒步。
平時單晚400多，套餐活動2晚666元更划算，含早餐，週末沒有漲價。定的時候攜程上可以選擇升級體驗，但是到了酒店，酒店前台經理説不知道和攜程有這類協議，説除了標間就是套房，不能升級到套房。
總結：總體來説價格合適，設施可以達到四星，服務尚可，但是不注重細節，管理團隊不是很專業和上心，不然可以做的更好，提升空間不少。
