“The hotel is called ‘Zoo Hotel’ but it doesn’t offer access to the zoo. The rooms for families could be safer for kids. The food is okay, but the coffee is terrible. The location is great, though.

Second time staying in the hotel and most problably the last time. We chose it for the bunk bed for kids and the location easiness to get to the waterpark and zoo. Best experience is that they gave us room even when we reached around 10AM, last time we had to wait for long time. Good selection of breakfast, especially if you like Chinese food, our family enjoyed it. Now not so good thing, had to ask the front desk to have our bed made even after keeping the sign on for clean up the room and coming back to the room during evening time. Cleaning staff said had to call front desk to change the used cups after drinking coffee she cannot change it. Overall Ok experience.

It was really good trip and amazing experience in this nice design hotel. The room was quite noce with the special zoo design which made kids really happy, they where happy with the bed type , with the tub in our bathroom. It was so close to all important and very fun places, next to the Safari park, ice palace (you can take snowboard and ski ⛷️ ) Ancient town etc… And the costumer service is really nice , they are so helpful, we where having problem with our minibar it was not working, so they brought us everything we need(and even more) in several minutes. The breakfast was really yummy and western food, but tbh you can find everything you need there not just western or Chinese, they made for us amazing Americano ☕️

Let's start with the good. The zoo was nice with a large variety of animals to see. We spent about 4 hours at the zoo and saw just about every thing. We did not watch any of the animal shows. The view overlooking the zoo from our balcony was beautiful. The circus show was the highlight of our stay. The circus show was very well done and the entire family enjoyed the show from start to finish. Now the BAD! The room's floor was filthy! It was covered by a layer of dust. The bathrooms ventilation didn't work effectively. The room's wallpaper and paint looked like a child applied it. The door handle would fall off every time we opened the door. The fire safety equipment was not up to code. Just watch the videos. And the worst was the lack of dinning options in and around the hotel. What was available was not very healthy or appetizing. Oh! And children over 1 meter had to pay for the breakfast buffet! First time we have had to pay for a breakfast buffet for my son who is 113cm. Overall, it just felt like this was a cheap hotel trying to pose as a classy family resort. Everything felt cheap, as if the hotel was cutting corners and trying to save money. Not a very enjoyable or comfortable stay. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Good for family trip but food quality is really bad. Even the Morning buffet doesn’t even have a expresso coffee machine!

Very nice trip, stayed in the family view tiger room, the room was clean, the breakfast was rich and delicious, the housekeeper was attentive and considerate, the service was good, not stingy at all. You can see the zoo under the balcony, and hear the lion roar in the morning, which is very good. I will choose this place to stay next time. The free circus ticket is very shocking and good to watch...

Advantages: The location is really close to the zoo and circus; Bad reviews: The hotel thinks it is five-star, and everything else cannot keep up. The following are all real bad reviews: 1 First, I checked in, and the front desk guy said to me, "Wait for me to reply to the message first", and then we stared at each other and waited for him to reply to the message and put down the phone before talking to me! 2 Secondly: The water quality of the hotel is very poor, as shown in the picture, the water is blue-green when it is released 3: The bathtub drain is broken, and it leaks even when the drain plug is closed, so it cannot be used; 4: The toilet seat is crooked, the sewer cover is all open, there are no slippers or anti-slip mats in the bathroom, so you can only shower barefoot on the stone floor with blue water 5. The so-called buffet, two children, one 1.1 more, the other 1.3, said to use an adult breakfast coupon, but refused, and asked to pay 58 children's tickets. As a result, the so-called buffet, the bread was hard and dried after being left for a long time, the tea eggs were rotten and soaked, and the wontons were not cooked and had a packet of water when I bit them. Check-in was super slow, I had to wait at the door to get in at 4:30, the room was poorly cleaned, the shower gel used by the previous guest was left in the room after cleaning, and there were spiders, poor service, no one answered the phone, it took a long time to get through, but they were not proactive in solving the problem, there were few sockets in the room, the hot water was unstable, the sound insulation was poor, the air conditioner was very loud, the curtains were transparent, and such an expensive family room didn't even have a small refrigerator... There were so many people at breakfast, there were very few dishes, and you had to queue up for the poached eggs

The scenery is pretty good, with green mountains and trees. Due to the large number of people during the May Day holiday, the room service was almost unavailable. Most things cost money, such as mineral water, bathtub covers, and towels. No one brought them after calling for a long time. The Water World, the Ancient Town, and the Animal World were just OK. The Big Circus is highly recommended! The kids were fascinated by it!

The hotel is really noisy, and the sewer in the toilet is smelly. I don't recommend it. Only the housekeeper service is considerate. The door of the two rooms in the hotel is actually separated by such a door. For a hotel of 1,000 per night, there are hairs in the bathtub in the toilet, and the hygiene is really worrying. It feels like the hotel has always known about this sewer problem, but it should never have improved it. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the sound of the hair dryer in the next room was heard one after another. I will not stay again

The family room I booked has a large bed and a bunk bed. It is large and suitable for the whole family. The zoo is downstairs, where you can see the mountains, the scenery and the animals. The breakfast is quite rich. The lobby on the first floor goes down to the underground first floor, which leads directly to the zoo and the circus, avoiding the sun and rain. The only drawback is that when I called the guest service center or the front desk at 9 o'clock in the evening, no one answered the phone for a long time.
