民宿坐落在山坳裏的新川樓下村，離村委會很近，停車方便，還有嶄新的籃球場，民宿旁緊挨着一條小河，很乾凈，江浙一帶富裕的村莊樣本，不想走遠的話，過個馬路，1個小時爬一圈獅子山，開車的話，到竹海也很方便。房間放了2張1.5米床，一家四口綽綽有餘，寵物友好，沒有額外收清潔費，我家帶上了狗弟弟，另一户帶了貓咪。早餐是主人家奶奶主理的，我最喜歡的醃製的筍和紅豆紅棗粥。午飯和晚飯在500開外的本地老闆開的小飯店解決。去有山有水的地方，足矣。

房間很大，衞浴設備很不錯。整體是乾淨安靜和舒適的。早飯是老闆自家的菜和雞蛋很新鮮。老闆媽媽做的包子和餛飩很好吃。小溪就在門口，爬山也很近。幾乎沒啥遊客如同包場一樣。小溪水很乾凈清涼。錯峯旅遊很不錯。

很舒服，適合一家人靜心遊。很感謝老闆做嚮導去爬了旁邊的山，晚餐推薦店裡吃，雞和魚是一絕，其他地方還真吃不到，非常好吃😋早餐也很巴適
