We were urged to wait until almost 5 o'clock to tidy up the room. The manager in charge also came forward to communicate, gave me a dinner, and asked not to leave a negative review. The photos are of the room we saw after 3 o'clock, which was completely messy and untidy. But my child and I came home from swimming in the hotel swimming pool. When I came back the next day, I found that my child had dense red rashes on his stomach and chest. He was allergic. Then I had ovarian inflammation and it didn't heal for a few days. The place to change clothes in the swimming pool is small and dirty, and the chairs there are moldy. As a family resort, poor hygiene is absolutely intolerable. The duty manager also said that the hotel was understaffed, and the headquarters had laid off employees significantly due to losses in the past few months. It was too late for one aunt to clean more than a dozen rooms, and it was impossible to do a good job of hygiene. As for the in-person projects, they were all just a formality, including the bubble battle, where the bubble machine was replaced and a little bubble was sprayed; the animal feeding area included three pigs, most of the sheep, chickens and ducks. The rest are very boring parent-child projects or none at all. It is also very inconvenient to hail a taxi, the service staff are busy and have a bad temper, and the management is irregular. I would rather not come to a store with so many gimmicks like this in the future. I would like to give some advice to all families with children, and travel with caution. Their rooms have been cleaned very slowly recently, and you may be delayed in checking in because there are not enough people to clean them.

The bedroom has a strong musty smell; the living room carpet has stains; 2. The faucet on the bathroom countertop is almost close to the countertop, which is extremely inconvenient to use; 3. The tables, chairs and rocking chairs on the balcony have not been wiped for a long time, and you need to wipe them yourself before sitting; there is dust and spider webs in the window slots of the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room; 4. Breakfast is OK, but dinner is not, the price of dishes is high and the variety is small; 5. The room lacks essential items such as umbrellas and flashlights;

The stay was quite satisfactory. The family room was clean and hygienic. The children loved it. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby of the main building. There is a large lawn next to it where children can fly kites. There are many activities in the hotel. It was a very good stay. The butler sailing service was perfect and responsive. I will come again next time

The rooms were fully booked during the May Day holiday. It was a great experience to ride an electric car in the resort. There were many activities, and you could feed the small animals. The Chinese restaurant was not expensive and the food was good. The bedroom bed in the townhouse was very close to the bathroom, and there was a burst of fragrance when you slept.

The hotel was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded my expectations. The environment was beautiful and the area was large. I stayed there for two days and was completely relaxed. There was a large free parking lot. Check-in was also very fast. The room was also very good. The room was very spacious. The butler Fengfan was very considerate. I chose Treasure Hotel for my May Day trip. I didn't have to follow the crowd and enjoyed this beautiful tranquility alone. The hotel is very large and most of them are villas. The large lawn next to the lobby is really a good place to relax. There are also various activities scheduled for the whole day. Children can have fun and adults can relax while looking at the beautiful scenery. This time I really chose Treasure Hotel. Compared with watching people in scenic spots, this is the right way to spend a vacation!
