房間很舊，服務也不太好，應該沒到三星級，可能跟漢庭等快捷酒店差不多了，但是衞生還需要提升。

連一個沖電器都沒有，搞個沖電寶一晚要換3次，光沖電寶的費用一晚上就40元，真的無語😒這樣下去這麼大的酒店馬上就會死在沖電寶上了！希望酒店能夠改善！

房間打掃太不乾淨，窗台和地下有死蟑螂，電梯口𠕇兩堆狗屎，前台擅自將我們安排旁邊輔樓，輔樓是快捷酒店的裝修，房間黴味特別重，服務態度更是差到極點。

第一天預訂的泗安假日酒店，感覺很不好，第二天換的酒店。酒店的早餐出乎意料，可能是有了對比。房間也比較新，停車也很方便，服務態度從前台，餐廳到樓層服務都非常好。離開酒店的時候，在停車場遇見了一位從奔馳車上下來的大哥，又客氣的介紹了酒店，我猜可能是老闆。總之，性價比很高。謝謝！

服務：服務態度不太好，辦理入住兩個前台推來推去，才兩三個客人辦理入住都要排隊等半天
設施：電子門鎖都能壞，開不了門，事中事後沒有人表示任何歉意，頭一次碰到這樣的酒店
衞生：地毯老舊，枱面有灰，毛巾發硬

酒店設施應該是同類價格中比較好的，滿意。
但是：
網上預訂的（付款），住宿時被要求補繳200元按金，而隔天退房時告知按金會在2小時左右自動退回～～在我強烈要求即時查房即時退還 酒店才操作退還。感覺酒店的這種操作一是沒有與先進管理接軌，二是服務意識有待提高！這樣的服務意識與這麼好的酒店設施，不匹配了！
