房間一點不隔音，前台電話打幾次不通，過道走動的聲音都能聽到，住了兩晚，兩天早上七點多有小朋友嬉戲玩耍，讓人沒法睡個好覺。

圖四商務大床房，結果圖1，2，3掛羊頭賣狗肉，後半夜空調外機跟轟炸機一樣，樓上呼嚕誰一清二楚，早上六點後面工地搬磚，六點幾分開始停電，跟他們理論，店家説自然因素跟酒店沒關係，請問我花了錢跟我有關係了，絕對黑心商家，千萬別去！

房間大小還行，衞生一般，空調很熱很熱，半夜熱醒，有好多蚊子，隔音巨差，半夜被吵醒，一個晚上沒有睡好，下次不住了

第一次訂的雙人床房間拿到鑰匙後，剛進入房間就聞到一股衞生間的臭味，回到服務枱要求換房間，然後服務員親自到房間去了一次，還説沒有什麼味道，我們要求換房間，服務員説沒有雙床房了，衹能退了。然後重新訂了大床房，感覺服務員不太熱情。

房子特別偏僻，後面一個大工地，大清早的就開始哄哄的機械聲，蚊子特別多，沒有蚊香，沒有拖鞋，前台電話打不通。反正我是永遠不會再住這個酒店

客人洗澡，不可能光着出來吧，衞生間應該有個放浴巾的架子，沒有在淋浴間穿的拖鞋，還沒有防滑墊子，摔了就不好了，建議而已😂😂

去音樂節的時候定的 環境很乾凈 就是隔音不好 半夜和朋友被隔壁吵醒了好幾次...

房間靠近馬路，隔音不好，熱水也不夠熱，洗了之後都感覺感冒了，反應這個問題也沒得到解決，半夜還停電了，好像是跳閘了。下次不會入住了
