We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

It was a quick trip and I booked a hotel on the way. Not long after I placed the order, a Ctrip housekeeper called me to ask when I would arrive at the hotel. I could make arrangements early. Later, I added WeChat and found out that my housekeeper was Xiao Zhou. Hurry up. When I arrived at the hotel, I contacted her. Xiao Zhou was waiting at the front desk early, helped with check-in and luggage, and enthusiastically sent her to the room. When I entered the room, I found that I had arranged a viewing room so that I could watch the Taihu Ancient Town fireworks in the room without having to go out to blow the cold wind. It was really a blessing! The room was also very clean, and the breakfast buffet had the right variety for the price. There are actually 5 tigers you can see in the hotel. It’s too kid-friendly, isn’t it? It was around 11 o'clock in the evening and I had some questions about other attractions. I tried to ask Xiao Zhou, but I didn't expect that she would reply immediately after being so late. It was really great. The room I bought this time came with circus tickets, which was a great deal. It’s also cheaper to buy tickets for some attractions in the hotel, which is really good. If I come to Huzhou again next time, I will consider this hotel again. Let me first say that the hotel has its own ground parking lot, and then a sightseeing bus will take you to the front desk or the building where you are staying. I came back very late and the masters at the booth were all on duty. I parked the car and the sightseeing bus drove over. They responded very quickly. The restaurant waiters seemed to be poorly trained. I encountered them two or three times. They didn't know how to use the various coupons. The afternoon tea set was also missing something, at least the salmon tartare was missing. Because the hot spring was not open, there were also some unclear points about the use of the compensation meal coupons. But the attitudes are all very good, and you will also meet people who are eager to introduce the special features of breakfast. The room attendants and cleaners in the public areas will pay special attention and pause the machines to wait when guests pass by. When you meet the room attendant in the corridor, you will greet him/her warmly. However, after staying for three days, during the cleaning on the second day, some of the supplies were missing. It would have been fine if they didn't provide tea leaves and slippers, but they didn't even provide floor towels. Then the hotel did not provide body lotion. Food and Beverage: There are not many types of breakfast, but the special features are the Wumi Rice and Changxing Dry Noodles that you can make yourself. Chinese food, cold dishes are good, the taste is OK, but a bit salty for me.
