賓館就位在路口，距離「長汀站」稍遠，但離古城頗近，周邊飲食也不虞匱乏。豪華雙床房，價格實惠。房內空間寬敞，壁、地貼皮，拾掇還算整淨，照明也充足；雖不禁吸菸，但無殘留菸味。倆大床，偏硬；其餘設備還有平面電視、分離式冷氣、落地式晾衣架、燒水壺、小桌、條桌與圓椅等。二、三孔插座有四、五組，WiFi訊號佳。
衛浴雖小間，也未乾濕分離；但這價位能有坐便，已屬難得。壁、地貼瓷，略有水垢，不礙整體清潔；供毛浴巾、膠拖鞋、吹風機；熱水足強，排水尚可。

整體挺好的那天下雨了淋了雨我跑進去的，前台很快就給我了房卡很迅速服務很好，環境也可以就是馬桶設計前面有點小了，不過性價比很高了
