房間衞生整潔，環境也不錯，就在江岸邊，春節附近很多人在江邊放煙花，在走廊的茶桌看煙花特別美，氛圍特別好

這家民宿是個驚喜，風景好，鬧中取靜。民宿位於江邊上，在夜遊汀江的水幕電影附近，在城牆外。我們訂二樓的親子房，沒有城牆遮擋，開窗就能看到江，邊上是山。最喜歡的是二樓露台的公共茶位。在這邊悠閑的泡茶比匆忙逛景點愜意得多。民宿裏還有不少公共茶位，自帶個小院子。我這睡眠不好的人在這裏睡了一個午覺和一個晚上，都睡得很深沉。附近不遠是居民區，購物餐飲都很方便。老闆娘人也不錯，幫我們提供餐飲出行指南。缺點是自帶車位不多，若大節假日來要到稍遠的地方找停車位。下次來還要住這裏，五星好評

房間比較小，連小桌子都沒有，浴室裏面水壓非常小，洗手枱龍頭有點問題，老闆娘態度挺好的，有提前説我們訂的房間外面有熱水器會有異響，因為訂不到其他房間了，也就住下了，果然晚上熱水器燒水的聲音很大，而且整整吵了一整夜，整晚都沒睡好

正好在下雪時來的長汀，住的星空房，景色地理位置都超級好，正好在城牆邊。唯一的兩個缺點一是空調製熱不夠，很冷，特別是衞生間，裏面冷颼颼的；二是洗髮水沐浴露的架子應該放淋浴房裡，洗澡衹能把洗浴用品放地上，本來衞生間就冷，洗澡就更冷了。

房間小，隔音差，配置簡陋，服務也一般，節假日價格翻倍了，多要一瓶水還要自費，總體感覺太一般了，陪朋友一起來玩，除了離景點近一些，真沒啥優勢
