這是一傢俬人的旅館，在卧龍書院入口右側，不起眼，房間較新，設施各方面挺好的，衞生情況一般，淋浴房地上黃色污垢很明顯，淋浴頭和淋浴閥有很明顯的污漬。晚上一樓有大排檔，樓下喝酒的嘈雜聲要到一點多才結束，很大聲。喜歡安靜的朋友不建議住。停車很不方便，周邊沒停車場，停好車需要自己提行李走到景區，入住時候要店家多拿一床被子，店家拒絕。最讓人感到憤怒的是，第二上午十一點，店主未經住客同意，擅自進入房間，人還在上衞生間，店家就自行進入房間要做衞生，催趕客人退房，住宿體驗極其差。

房間在景區，隔壁就是卧龍書院，周邊有很多景點，節奏很慢，很悠閑，適合長住。吃的東西主要以客家菜為主，價格公開實惠，當地人很善良，有機會再去。

服務特別周到，預訂完後我還沒聯繫店家，小姐姐主動聯繫的我，約定了到店時間，提前半小時去等我們。因為景區沒辦法停車，還很貼心的幫忙引導到停車場。房間舒適整潔，長者和小孩都很滿意。

就在古城裡，旁邊就是卧龍書院，住兩晚可以享受免古城裡的門票，沒有早餐，但是古城裡吃東西很方便。方便的樓梯木頭非常好，我最喜歡的就是樓梯的木頭~二樓的房間如果開暖氣就會非常熱🥵，一樓則比較剛好。美中不足就是衞生間掛鈎有點少，在裏面換衣服什麼的比較不方便，樓上衞生間只有馬桶沒有淋浴功能。洗澡就要輪流~

真沒想到，臨時還能訂到這麼讚的民宿。
民宿就在卧龍書院隔壁，一牆之隔的好處是20:00的表演，20:00從民宿換鞋入園都沒耽誤啥。原木風格的裝修，樓梯是聲控燈，很有氛圍感。
客廳的茶几配備了功夫茶的茶具，悠哉悠哉的喝上一杯，甚好。

原本不知道長汀有什麼好玩的，抵達長汀後會讓你喜歡這個縣城，遇到的每個人都誒很好，街區都很熱鬧、好多好吃又便宜的氽豬肉、豬腰各種氽，民宿地理位置非常方便鄰近許多，走路騎車都可以抵達。
民宿CP值很高，兩人入住樓中樓（一樓客廳、二樓房間）簡約木製風格，有事情還有漂亮小姐姐都會耐心回應並解決推推推，還有贈送一人份縣城景點門票唷～～堆推薦三天兩夜可以到長汀玩玩，到丁屋嶺還看見雪❄️超美的～

寶子們！給我沖！！這家店真的太讚了！！
民宿位置就在古城裡麪，出房間門右轉50米就是卧龍書院真的不要太方便！可以全程腿着逛古城的快樂誰懂啊！房間是複式房型設計，會客吃吃喝喝啥的一樓客廳都能滿足，二樓是卧室，床品啥的都挺舒適的。一二樓都有衞生間，很方便！就是一次性洗護用品可以再升級一下就更棒了！不過這個價格還要啥自行車啊！閉眼給我沖！！！小吃推薦必吃榜top1必須是泡豬腰！！！有間飯店，七星飯店，四喜館都是不錯的選擇！
