到長汀出差+遊玩，經當地朋友介紹到這家性價比很高的酒店，酒店安靜，停車方便，離古城很近，不到1公里，騎行共享單車很方便，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度熱情，早餐是自助餐+明檔，當地小吃簸箕板燈盞糕都有，地瓜玉米粗糧細糧搭配，很豐富美味，值得推薦

總體不值得推薦，性價比不高，照騙。
1.比同類酒店價格高，因為訂早了無法取消了衹能入住，在樓層空房很多的情況下，前台也不同意升級房間，沒有服務體驗。
2.晚上睡的不好，我和家人都沒睡好，睡在床上身上都很癢，床品不乾淨。
3.硬件老舊，牆體地板有洗不掉的污漬可以看出有些年頭了。
4.雖然有洗衣機但是使用代價很大，洗衣機在頂樓的天台，晚上想洗衣服，要坐電梯到頂樓，頂樓一層都是空房靜悄悄的，還要走黑乎乎的消防樓梯到天台，膽子小的會害怕，而且洗衣機上面全是灰塵，一看很久沒人使用了。
5.早餐還可以，但是9點去就沒什麼東西吃了，東西沒了不會續加，牛奶很稀像加水了。

賓館環境主要是安靜，服務態度特別好，主動介紹周圍景點情況，房間很大，空調特給力，洗漱用品規範。有泡茶器具還可以自己泡茶並提供專用咖啡杯。有餐廳可以自助用餐，停車場在隔壁。

真的避雷這家酒店！！！！
1.隔音問題：隔音是真的差，差到什麼地步？隔壁房間打呼嚕，你可以聽的一清二楚。窗户不隔音，真不隔，樓下馬路的人説話走過，房間都聽得到。
2.服務：説真的，我問停車場在哪裡，真的沒必要一直説有停車場，真的很煩。另外，辦理個入住是真的慢，辦理個入住要5分鐘，真的，衹是身份證登記，要5分鐘？還有，盯着我個人訊息看以及念出我個人家庭住址是什麼意思？？？讓開票，發了開票訊息，壓根就沒看，等了一天都沒開票，還要自己去催，還要核對個人訊息，我也是服了，早幹嘛去了？？！
3.設施：電動窗簾壞的。斷電後沒有任何補助措施，沒有任何工作人員來任何支持。
4.態度：這個絕對不能接受！！！！訂單是3樓的186價位房間，結果提供了2樓166的房間。什麼意思？？擅自修改訂單，更換房間，沒有提前告知。別説不知道，這**完全是有意為之，不然辦理入住5分鐘在幹嘛。後面問問什麼會擅自變更我訂單，態度明顯感受到不耐煩，説是在消殺，我也是笑了，可能嗎？？？在我發該評論時，酒店至今未有任何回覆。就衝著這一條，一星我給定了！！！！！
