住宿條件很差勁，樓梯很窄；靠近國道且在斜坡上，噪音非常之大；隔音效果極差，隔壁房間講話都聽得一清二楚。

老闆態度好，位置好找，在公路邊，房間多少會有點車聲。離長汀古城有二十多分鐘的車程，如果是自駕遊還行。離曲凹哩碼頭很近，幾分鐘就能到。

別的都可以，床很大也乾淨，就是隔音太差了，除了路邊開過車的聲音，還有隔壁説話完全聽得見，連推拉門的聲音都聽得見，睡眠不好慎重

房間室內衞生環境較好，雙床房空間比較寬敞，床也夠大，稍遺憾的是沒有電梯，行李要手提上三樓，隔音略差有點影響睡眠。

房間空間很大，還有一個獨立的辦公房間，衞生也非常不錯，房間裏還有老闆貼的各種家電用法，真的很貼心，老闆人非常好，非常好客，住的非常滿意的一次酒店。
