2. 環境幽靜，優雅。老闆做的裝飾很有意境。
3. 重點是，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，設施完好。
4. 老闆服務周到，院落雖小，但可喝茶，可觀魚。
5. 提供洗衣機洗衣，晾曬方便。
6. 老闆給找免費停車位。旁邊早餐，小吃，物美價廉。一份簸箕板3元，白米粥還免費。好的簡直無語了。

毫不猶豫全評5分！這是俺住過的最好的民宿，比大酒店都舒服！店址在卧龍山下，環境非常優美，房後是毛主席住過的舊居和長者家關心過的一口老古井，停車可以停到黨校院子裏，特別安全。老闆很熱情，幫你搬運行李，給你介紹汀州古城的景點個餐飲。房間是老闆自己設計的，屋內設定非常走心，衞生好極了，夜晚還特別安靜，助你愉快進入夢鄉

民宿就在東門老古井附近的小巷內，距離古城、濟川門等景點都非常近，晚上睡覺特別安靜，真的是讓人放鬆一夜好眠的民宿。庭園雖不大，但植物扶疏，造景賞心悅目。房間佈置優雅，床很大很好睡，乾淨清爽的氛圍，也提供茶葉茶具泡茶。前台管家非常熱心，也會提供豐富旅遊資訊。很喜歡這民宿，期待未來能再來長汀走走並入住這兒！

兩家人出行，定了三間。非常滿意的一家民宿，老闆非常熱情，還沒到就把長汀的遊玩攻略地圖，門票購買方式，景點節目時間表，好吃的店推薦給你。房間乾淨整潔舒適，設施很新，面積大，浴室乾濕分離，環境很安靜，出門去各個景點逛都非常方便，浴巾毛巾都提供一次性的。比住外面的星級酒店感覺還要好，下次來還住這家。

老闆服務態度很好，民宿的位置蠻安靜的，在居民區裏面，一點都不會吵。民宿的環境也不錯，老闆自家的房子重建後改成民宿了，環境很新，我們2個大人帶3小孩，睡雙床的房間，老闆也欣然同意，點個贊。民宿位置離各個景點都走路15分鐘左右的路程，很方便～
