民宿就在濟川門邊上，離各景點也近，打車坐公交也很方便。房間很大是個套間，兩張1.8大床，衞生也乾淨整潔。就是娃在床上蹦蹦跳跳，床墊老是會移動，有點危險，隔音很差，夜晚睡覺不知是什麼機器一直在響，娃淺眠一直鬧騰

國慶家人臨時決定出遊，匆匆訂房，意外的還不錯，乾淨衞生，地段離景點超近，附近也有停車位，老闆很熱心！還有送我們長汀伴手禮呦，長汀豆腐乾和河田雞很好吃，推薦大家都來試試！民宿古色古香，國慶的時候活動也超多，逛着街一抬頭就看到了美麗的燈光秀，還在卧龍書院參與了博餅，獎品超多超棒的！最後建議在民宿附近拐角處，增設一下民宿的路牌會更好呀。感謝長汀給了我和我的家人一次非常不錯的旅行體驗！

地理位置很好，就在城樓下，離美食景點都很近！
但是民宿沒有電梯，帶大件行李的女生不建議入住
來的時候老闆幫忙把箱子提到房間了，但離店時老闆沒在，看店的工作人員就不是很負責任了，早晨8點半才上班，想讓他提前15分鐘到店幫忙提下行李都不肯，完全沒有商量餘地。 住店期間也沒有任何工作人員來打掃房間，補足紙巾和礦泉水。
另外隔音非常不好，一共住了兩晚，第一晚早晨7點樓下開始裝修，第二天遇到白事5點開始放鞭炮，比較影響休息。

位置十分優越，就在濟川門旁邊的一條巷子裏，很好找，去古城的幾個景點都很近，共享電動車5分鐘內都能到。設施和環境都不錯，性價比很高。唯一一點覺得需要改進的是希望對衞生要求再高點，地板有沒清理乾淨的頭髮。總之，非常對得起價格，值得推。
