民宿就在停車場旁邊，停車方便，免費，出門就是景點三元閣，周邊吃東西很方便，民宿裏面環境非常好，有一自動伸縮玻璃門，動靜分明，客廳喝茶聊天不會影響房間休息，老闆喜歡養魚，而且魚養得特別好，和人親近，房間設施很棒，品味裝飾，還有直飲水，這在長汀民宿圈裡應該也是比較少的，整體乾淨衞生，值得推薦。

民宿在古城內三元閣旁邊小巷裡，4層的老房改造成民宿，旁邊有一個大停車場，缺點是周邊環境不好，蚊子多衞生較差，停車場到民宿要繞一個圈，早餐是外面送過來的要在房間裏吃。優點是位置好，出景點玩方便，旁邊就是三元閣和卧龍書院，房間設施還算新，價格相對便宜。

裝修比較新，衞生整潔，鬧市中的小民宿。服務熱情周到，有泡茶的好環境！

房間乾淨通風，廁所乾濕分離，一次性毛巾，專用飲用水。樓頂大露台視野開闊，服務優良。地處古城內離古城三元閣150米。交通方便。
