有點有點難找，在一個住宅小區裏面，但是出行還好老闆有電動車很方便，五一假期這個價格算好了，有計劃再來

乾淨，舒適，温馨。特點散步一分鐘到河邊，十分鐘到百年老街美食街及一江兩岸等景區。老闆人實在，為旅客休閑無償提供樓上，樓下兩個月泡茶區，以及安全電動車。總結如回家一樣自然，隨意。不錯的民宿，值得點贊。

民宿是自建房，很新，很衞生。老闆人很好，出來接我們，停車比較麻煩，提前留了一個車位給我們停。電動車也借我們開出去玩。距離古城1公里左右，走路也很方便。

老闆態度非常非常非常好！住了兩天房間也很棒還會熱心告訴我們走哪裡還有電瓶車借給我們走的時候還把我們送到動車站這家酒店是我出行住的最棒的一次酒店

老闆夫妻倆人特好，下雨天出門怕我們一家人雨傘不夠又給我們一把，因為有小孩子，又下雨，老闆又開車送我們去街上。房子乾淨整潔，被子也很舒服，沒有酒店那種厚重感，本來想多住一晚，孩子吵着要回家。

民宿在汀江壩邊上，走600米就是太平廊橋，過馬路就是水東街，小吃比較地道。房間很乾凈，設備也比較高端，床很大，兩個人都覺得寬敞。重要的是老闆和老闆娘都很熱情，從接站到入住，可以讓人感覺很温馨，給一種賓至如歸的汀州初印象~很贊哈
