因為當時名字和自己所在前面賓館的名字一模一樣就把賓館訂了，之後進去入住人家説不是他家的賓館，我後一秒剛要退房就退不了，真的很生氣

拍照片的心情都沒有...裝修環境差就算了，衞生還差感覺就好久沒打掃衞生，真噁心到我了！要不是太晚，真要換賓館。住宿第一次給店家差評，平台也有責任，是怎樣評判酒店開業時間的？
