As a hotel colleague, I have never given a bad review on a hotel where I stayed on a trip. I know that it is not easy for hotel people. I feel that the hotel I stayed at today has basically no management and service, so I gave a bad review of 1 point. During the stay, a lady in the lobby should be similar to the person in charge or the assistant manager in the lobby. The communication was blunt throughout the whole process. The water leak in room 2307 could not be solved. On the day of staying in room 2303, an extra 2 bottles of mineral water would be charged 5 yuan/bottle. The prevention and control are executed tightly and loosely. These encounters are acceptable, but when checking out to the person in charge to confide all the encounters, the reply I got was why we didn't look for her before, and we had to understand each other. I haven't had it for many years. I have heard such a reply, and I really can’t understand it. Our Guizhou tourism industry standards are improving year by year, but there are still such unprofessional people fishing in the industry. I hope that the owners can rectify as soon as possible and stop wasting such good hardware facilities.

先吐槽一下位置吧，穿過廟會還是夜市才到酒店，酒店有兩個入口，提前提示一下會更好。其次是前台，沒有服務意識，問話費勁，房間有煙味電話前台要求換一下，説房間滿了，太可笑！酒店的早餐衹有煮粉和麪條。保安大叔非常好，非常熱情，酒店挺大的，帶我們去最近的停車位，又去房間。房間很大，洗漱用品和床品不行。床單上有破洞和油筆印記，太對不起古香古色的酒店了。

房間一個字，大！設施完備。衞生很好。服務人員專業不足但熱情有餘，彌補了硬件上帶給住客的不便。洗手間也很大，乾濕分離，但用的備品稍次了些，而且建議至少配備一下護髮素，浴缸套（這個可讓住客付費使用）。從酒店開車20分鐘，就瞻仰到4970歲高齡的中華銀杏王，總之性價比高，是個值得推薦的酒店。

真的是太滿意了，白菜價住五星酒店，酒店整體環境非常好，房間又大!雖然在小鎮上，但是特別適合週末去度假，消費又低，孩子玩得又開心，離酒店五公里還有采摘園，滿滿的收穫！酒店工作人員服務態度非常好！真的是度過了一個温馨的週末！以後還會再去！強烈推薦帶娃度假🏖，讓孩子們好好體驗田園風光！

訂的三個房間，景觀房是真的大，性價比真的很高啊，窗外的風景一眼望去像是住在了故宮，除了酒店確實老了些，酒店房間都是古香古色的風格，酒店早餐沒有去吃，看評價説不好吃就沒去吃了

酒店是復古類型的 空間超大 可以説是十分豪華了 帶朋友來玩安排的酒店 前台美女也很熱情 早餐也還不錯 下次還會考慮

大早上的 阿姨和前台都搞不清楚到底是哪個房間退房 本來和男朋友睡得好好的 直接被一個打掃衞生的阿姨直接開門進來兩次 開錯一次門理解 結果又進來第二次 太不專業了這些服務人員 差品 感受特別不好
