We took the elderly and children out to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. We wanted to be closer, so we booked the Hyatt. The room type was great. Their service was very good. Simona would contact you in advance to tell you how to park and check in, which was very convenient. Due to the typhoon Bebejia, there were some problems with the room we originally booked. They took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive suite. The service was very good and satisfactory. I will book again next time I go to Changshu.
