Once entering the Hotel the Greeting was excellent from the hotel team. At reception the ladies and gentlemen made us feel totally welcome and were very courteous. Checking in was very efficient and it only took a few minutes to complete the whole process. In the evening we decide to go to the hotel bar to play pool and relax ourselves before the marathon, we were guided to the hotel bar directly by hotel staff that again was extremely polite and helpful, entering the bar the bar tender took our order within a few minutes. again was very polite. The room on the executive floor was to a medium size and very clean. Note: Executive Lounge was not available due to maintenance, this was not an issue and look forward to using the Executive Lounge again. Note: Television could do with updating but would not be a concern for us to stop at the hotel again just a slight comment. Also milk was brought to our room without be asked again showing clearly customer care. Breakfast was presented well and also some variety, restaurant staff were also very helpful. Checkout was also efficient. In a few words Excellent Hospitality from the entire Team, will be coming back and also would have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to my colleagues and friends.

To me it is mostly difficult to rate the locatiion; I knew before that there is nothing super special around. My room was as clean as you can clean an old room. The stuff was friendly and helpful. Overall I think it is too expensive.

The location is excellent, close to Q Gate of Yushan Ancient City and opposite Yushan. From the hotel room window, you can see the magnificent towers and mountains. It is within walking distance to libraries, museums, Weng Tonghe’s former residence Q, etc. When you go out in the evening, go to the right and pass by Fangta Garden. Next to it is the bustling commercial street, where you can taste local food. The hotel's restaurant has an elegant environment, Chinese retro style and light colors. The lobby is in European style, gorgeous and elegant.

First of all, the door is good parking, the room decoration style is simple and atmospheric, it is my favorite type. The facial cleanser was dropped in the hotel. The front desk called me as soon as possible. After verifying the message, I will arrange a courier to help me email. Thank you very much! The service is great! Although the sparrow is small and complete, I thought it was not good to enter the room. The oversized TV network speed was also leveraged. The only flaw was that the quilt cover was broken and made up. It made people look a bit uncomfortable. The curtains can be controlled by the bedside switch. The overall feeling is okay. Will come back next time.

Very suitable for parent-child. In the eco-park, there is no need to say about the environment. There are many places where children can play in the park. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the small courtyard of the villa. The facilities are just a bit short. For example, it takes a long time for the hot water to get hot for bathing. It feels more troublesome in winter. The bed board is also harder. Sleeping at night is crunchy. I hope the business will improve in the future. Overall it is a place worth visiting again.

A very exquisite Hilton hotel. It looks very grand and luxurious from a distance. Bobbi, the front desk manager on duty, is serious and responsible. He contacted me in advance and arranged a room upgrade. I could contact him at any time during the stay. The only shortcoming is that I can clearly feel that the staff is understaffed. I rarely write reviews, but I really want to share that the mattress of this Hyatt is the best I have ever stayed in. It is not the kind that covers you when you are hot but not when you are cold. The pillow height and comfort are very good. I have had cervical problems for many years and have very strict requirements for pillows, but I feel very good. The other hardware is very consistent with its star level. The hotel has a beautiful lake view, and the software service is also very good. The service is considerate and not excessive. I like it very much.

Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.
