Booked 4 rooms, big new, convenient parking. Breakfast is average. You can see the river view from the balcony. The afterglow of the setting sun is beautiful. Hotel front desk service is good. You need to drive by yourself. There are no shops around. There is only one ferry restaurant. It is quite big and the taste is salty, but the dishes are okay

Lovely stay here! Location isn’t great as it’s far from the busy side of Changshu but if you love your peace and quiet! Go for it. Breakfast buffet is good but couldn’t get the buffet for dinner because they offer it on weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Asked for a higher floor and they gladly gave me one! Overall experience was good just a little dust probably because that’s not the room that was initially prepared for us. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.
