房間很乾凈，靠近街道但很安靜，前台接待很負責。離商業街很近下樓就是比較熱鬧，因為過年很多商家還沒有開所以人少了一些。第二次來常熟，第一次住的鉑爾曼，第二次住的維也納，維也納的性價比很高。

熱水壞了，搶修也不太給力，晚上18點説20點可以修好，20點説23點可以修好，23點説修好了衹有20°第二天早上肯定好，第二天早上9點依舊沒有改善

作為常熟開發區的經濟型酒店，環境設備還是可以的。洗澡時水量足，床也很大。環境非常安靜，樓下就是步行商業街，吃喝玩樂方便。首選。
