房間空間很大，衞生乾淨，服務特別好，每個員工見到都會熱情的打招呼，還有機器人可以送外賣到房間很方便，有什麼需求都會響應並解決，位置很方便，就在萬達廣場多高，性價比特別好。

不知道前台是怎麼培訓的，明明有房間不放，一定要門市價，要我定豪華房，説沒有其他房間，我凌晨三點入住要什麼豪華房.我就説我攜程上定，攜程有房價格比門市價低，讓我出示攜程價格，説可以給我同樣價格，我出示了，跟我説沒有普通房，app 顯示有，我就説那我攜程訂，跟我説定了不給，因為什麼凌晨定的，要下午才能辦入住，體驗感太差
一氣之下我説我不辦了，我換個酒店。結果定的這個初選，還是在這個 H 酒店，前台也是同一個，害我開車出去，找了一圈又回來了，還是這個前台給我辦了入住，非常無語（~_~💧）

前台埃米服務很不錯，幫客户定了三天，入住體驗很好，位置也很方便，停車場就在酒店門口，對面就是萬達廣場，吃飯也很方便，距離景區和火車站衹有十幾分鍾路程，還有24小時的健身房和洗衣房免費使用，性價比很高的一家酒店，下次還會住這邊。

下單160的簡約大床房，我去的早前台跟我説還沒打掃出來，然後要出錢升級精緻大床房，明明標價179，卻要我補30…然後房間被子皺皺的似乎被人睡過，地板也該補補了…最重要的精緻大床房圖片上有沙發（圖一），為什麼我住的房間沒有沙發呢（圖二）？🧐
然後上午一直有咚咚咚的聲音傳來，一直以為是隔壁有情侶那啥，最後有榔頭扔地上的聲音應該是在施工吧，上午過一會敲一下，晚上也是…最後弄的睡不着晚上八點多就退房了😣

酒店硬件設施差異化，價格不同也就算了，服務差異化，滿滿的歧視，住了3個月這家酒店，連一點小忙都不肯幫，説自己衹是打工的，多一個人住少一個人住對他們來説無所謂，光進門會打招呼就叫服務了嗎？
