這是我們第二次來住這家酒店了，上一次是2023年5月2日，我生日🎂選了這家，當時無論是衞生，早餐，酒店設施，服務都給我留下了美好印象，所以這次又選擇這家酒店，真是非常明智的決定，服務是一貫地好，前台和客房還有工程部的同志個個親切，有求必應，我因為生病所以坐輪椅，發現輪椅有些晃，抱着試試的心態問了前台，馬上請來了工程部的師傅幫助查找問題，並且拿來工具幫助解決了問題，離開酒店第二天，前台打來電話，原來我落下了一件T恤在房間，主動説給我郵寄回來，真是好感動啊🥲下次來常熟我還選擇你家！

第二次入住沙家浜大酒店了，前台美女非常熱情，耐心介紹周邊景點啥的，颱風剛剛過去，客人沒幾個，但是酒店各項服務一樣不馬虎，送了歡迎拿鐵咖啡，因為喜歡酒店無敵的湖景房，所以還是選擇這家酒店，床品也特別舒服。非常推薦週末度假小住幾日。

聽朋友一直推薦這家酒店湖景很美，來了果然沒有失望，夕陽下的湖面風光絕美，房費值了。酒店雖然設施有點舊，但是勝在乾淨衞生，酒店服務人員態度都非常熱情，服務周到。

全家一起出遊，爺爺説想去沙家浜看看，一行7個人，訂了3間房。酒店位置不錯，交通方便，停車位多。原是上海總工會的，怪不得阿姨爺叔比較多。房間很大，也很乾凈整潔。但總體設施比較陳舊，浴室的水第一次要先開很久，才會有熱水，但後面再使用，水就很快加熱。特別要説的是，服務很好，不管是前台、餐廳、打掃衞生的服務人員，都很熱情，對於需求響應很快速。還是很值得推薦的。

一大家子國慶泡在這裏，周邊去沙家浜或商圈都比較方便。值得一説的是，類似老國營老乾部風格特別招長者家喜歡。服務熱情，房間乾淨，風景遠闊，二樓餐飲量大管飽口味還很不錯。收費帶寵物，還是希望大家自覺牽繩和打掃

總工會的度假村，門面老舊了，不過勝在地理位置佳。服務員很熱情，住宿的樓應該是重新裝修過，空調很給力，就是衞生間破舊了點。訂了二間湖景房，不知道為什麼一間大一間小，景色超美，邂逅了一場絕美落日。

沙家浜大酒店雖然是老牌的酒店 但無論是工作人員的服務還是每天的早餐都是很好的 而且環境幽美 衞生搞的也不錯 整個酒店非常乾淨整潔 陽台上望去的昆承湖的風景也非常漂亮 附近的農家樂也不錯 酒店餐廳的晚餐食材新鮮是要提前預訂的 下次還會再來
