I arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)

強力推薦！！！ 這個真的算住過非常舒適的商務酒店了… 就在興福寺附近， 地點很方便 服務也非常好 這次出差選了這家真的體驗很好 房間設施非常好，酒店所有人員服務都很好，也很有禮貌。早餐也是很棒，早餐廳有現磨咖啡機，總之是物超所值的一家店，我很少給人評價，但是這家不得不説一下，很滿意。有機會一定還來。

來蘇州出差，第一次定的酒店出了點小插曲，臨時換到這家普麗思酒店，沒想到的驚喜，非常讚的一家酒店，位置好，設備好，環境好，服務好，非常滿意，體驗到性價比滿高的一家酒店，距離萬達廣場，興福寺，世貿的距離都很近，酒店環境低調奢華有內涵，特別乾淨，對於有潔癖的人實在太友好了，前台服務人員特別熱情，就連餐廳的工作人員都很熱情，特別推薦來常熟出差的朋友入住這家酒店，真的是不二之選[強]

酒店房間硬件設施齊全，從洗漱用品跟拖鞋都很好，尤其是拖鞋質量很好，且酒店整體不論是裝修、衞生、服務以及環境都是不錯。餐廳的早點也很豐富可口，我帶着的一歲半的小寶寶也能吃的很好。給餐廳阿姨煮的小餛飩點贊，酒店服務人員服務超讚，前台小姐姐親自幫我們搬運行李且，真的超級感謝哦。對啦值得一提的是臨走的時候前台小姐姐推薦常熟網紅打卡景點，非常非常貼心啦～

服務真的很好，一圈逛完去火車站尚早，立馬招呼我們去咖啡廳坐下，提供茶水，很是貼心。
早餐裏的小餛飩蠻好吃，好像是現包的，吃口新鮮。
房間隔音不是很好，但是拖鞋質量出乎意料的好，硬件不行，軟件努力的feel～

酒店位置很好，離虞山很近，門口就是停車場，房間不錯，乾淨整潔，全景落地窗，帶孩子一起入住前台很貼心的送了小童拖鞋還多送了幾瓶免費礦泉水，早餐有現磨咖啡點贊，阿姨煮的小混沌很好吃，下次來常熟首選。

酒店離尚湖風景區大概十幾分鍾車程，訂了兩個房間，我們那間沒網絡，晚上回房電視看不了，服務員弄了好久表示修不好，本來換個房間的，就住一晚，搬來搬去太麻煩就算了。總枱態度很好，我們下午到的，很熱心的介紹我們遊玩的地方。房間很乾凈，就是設施有點問題，熱水壺蓋子蓋不起來，有點破舊。

衞生：整體不錯，就是稍微有點味道房間和過道里！
環境：個人感覺不錯尤其是晚上的外景是真好看，跟首圖一樣！唯一不太好的就是房間房卡感應器好像不太ok，感覺設定了節能模式！總是會自己跳電
