住過好多個城市的鉑爾曼，這個鉑爾曼是服務最好的!無論是前台，還是餐廳工作人員，還是清潔阿姨，都非常好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺!他們前台領導還很誠摯的讓我提意見，真的非常有服務意識!這次定的是套房，就是客衞的馬桶上水壞了，不過還好有主衞馬桶，主衞的燈帶晚上關不上，客服馬上叫師傅上來維修，很有效率!硬件就是還需要定期維護一下!然後唯一有點生硬的服務就是泳池的工作人員!第一天晚上去泳池那邊讓寶寶自己拿毛巾，一個女工作人員，頭也不抬，就和寶寶説，自己拿，就是態度不太好，沒有服務意識，就是不是工作人員，看到小孩子也會幫助一下，何況工作人員!然後孩子爸爸説泳池裡麪的男工作人員，態度也很不好，也是沒有服務意識，直接過去看他們爺倆，然後語氣也很生硬，説你毛巾要留下的，本來我們也沒有要帶走，還在更衣室洗澡，沒必要這樣生硬，你可以客氣一點説，先生洗浴好記得浴巾留在更衣室，不要像看大賊一樣!唯一感覺就是泳池的服務人員不好，別的工作人員都非常好!有五星級的水準，唯一要改的就是泳池工作人員的態度!酒店其他工作人員服務真的非常好!彌補了泳池態度的不足，話説泳池好漂亮!下次還會入住!還有趕上萬聖節🎃!餐廳的裝扮非常用心，點贊👍🏻

酒店各方面都很好，應該是這一代最好的酒店，連續兩次安排了行政樓層，還都送了歡迎水果，體驗很好。提一點小意見，這個差標以前帶早餐，現在沒早餐了，對於商旅客户這點就不是很友好了。

作為一個星級酒店，迎賓水果雖然是免費的，這樣的品質就可以送入客房，品控方面着實應該有不少改進的空間，小孩子誤食，後果嚴重

停車不收費，步行可達江南印象廣場，裏面有家西元裏和巖哥野菜，吃起來感覺不錯；到景區沙家浜走三環快速路約四十分鐘可達，到尚湖景區時間也差不多，酒店服務OK，乾淨清爽。

8年前住過的酒店，還一樣不錯。性價比高，游泳池很舒服，人少。
國慶節安排不少的親子活動，很適合staycation，曼度假的。
攜程的優惠券蠻值得，包括沙家浜景區門票，沙家浜比我想到好，裏面挺大，還有觀鳥基地。

導致娃都記得酒店裡通往不同小童遊樂區的路怎麼走了
這次來看大噴泉，可惜檢修沒開
但是小朋友總是容易滿足
