First of all, every staff member of the hotel is very enthusiastic and patient, especially the guy who drives the electric car, the guy who packs me a midnight snack of sweet soup at Huajianshi, and Meimei and Elena at the front desk... This beautiful Suzhou-style garden hotel is also very suitable for those of us who have been staying in urban concrete buildings for a long time. It is very relaxing. The hotel is also truly pet-friendly. In short, this three-day and two-night trip was very pleasant and exceeded expectations. I will recommend it to my friends!

Service: The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. They will greet you warmly when they meet. You can also make an appointment for a small class during your stay. We made an appointment for woodcut New Year paintings and tea cakes, and the children had a lot of fun. When checking out, I also gave the Forbidden City co-branded scented slices as a souvenir 👍
