I had no idea they would prepare me this special surprise so carefully. When I returned to my room at night, I saw the birthday cake on the table in my room. And attached a blessing card. This little card touched me deeply because it not only represents Atour's blessing, but also their respect and care for my guest. And that wonderful birthday cake. Later I heard that it was a local private cake, and the hotel staff specially booked a bicycle in advance to buy it in the store. This birthday is one of my most memorable in years, because the hotel staff gave it special meaning. In addition to the birthday surprise, I was impressed with Atour's facilities and services. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and I was given a full rest every night. Every staff was friendly and welcoming, and they tried their best to meet whatever I asked for. I often come to Changshu, the hotel is close to the company, the transportation is convenient, and the bus can go directly there. The shopping plaza is nearby. It is convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel lobby is on the first floor. The decoration is a bit old. Great, the room is clean, the bed is big, the soundproofing effect is also very good, you can park for free, the overall experience of staying is okay, cost-effective.

Except for the shower, which has to stand in the bathtub, everything else in the room is good. The price-performance ratio is quite high. The constant-temperature swimming pool is clean, the gym has many equipments, the bath water is large, the room service is also good, there is a robot to deliver food, and the buffet breakfast is perfect.

The second time I stayed, the environment was very good, the sanitation was very clean, because I gave a room before, the bathroom did not like the door, and I was in a hurry to pick up people at the high-speed rail station. I told the front desk lady that I immediately changed one and took the things to another. I was very happy to stay and will go next time.

The selection of hotels in Guli Town, Changshu is very disturbing. The first time I stayed at the store was not long after it opened. I just stayed for one night. It was clean and quiet. Free parking was enough. This time I did not hesitate to choose. A new house, Rosen, was opened at the door, which is good, as always, it is clean and quiet, and the front desk attitude is also very good. Something happened when I came out, staying for one night was very short, there was no memory, it would be good if it was not disturbed, right?

The room was nice and clean. It was just too hot during the two days we were there because the central air-conditioning in the room couldn't adjust the hot and cold conditions. But the service was very good. I called the front desk and they immediately helped prepare a fan for hair drying. Very good! Every employee will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, they are very enthusiastic and proactive. It would be better if the girl checking in at the front desk was more enthusiastic. The specialty noodles for breakfast, mushroom oil noodles, taste great. The only regret is that the swimming pool is not open, it is indeed too busy, which is understandable.

The most surprising thing about this trip to Changshu is the hotel. The location is great and not far from the station. The hotel environment is great, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a big makeup mirror👍. Room service has been responded to every time I call it in the morning or evening. The robot has delivered water several times. , the front desk service was also very good. The lady gave us heated mineral water when we checked out on the last day, which was very considerate. In the end, we chose to spend New Year’s Eve in a hotel. This store is my must-choice when I come to Changshu in the future. I highly recommend it🎉

Quite a new hotel, decor is good, breakfast reasonable, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The biggest praise is for the staff, they were welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout the 10 days I was a guest, this includes all staff from cleaning staff, breakfast staff and front desk staff. The only improvement I can suggest, is to provide coffee in the rooms, not just tea. (Although not a major issue as there are 2 Starbucks within minutes of the hotel)

Booked the hotel on Ctrip, the location is convenient, opposite Wanda Plaza, so eating is very convenient. The decoration style of the hotel is simple and elegant, and the room is clean and tidy. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious. In terms of price, I think this hotel is great value for money. Next time I travel to Changshu, I will choose H Hotel
