It’s a good trip to Changsha. A comfortable stay can add points to every day’s itinerary. The hotel is in a good location. There are two subways downstairs and the transportation is convenient. Go to Yuelu Mountain and take subway line 4 to Hunan University Station and get off at the south gate. Yuelu Academy and Aiwan Pavilion are both easy to check in. The room is really comfortable. I manage to sleep like a baby and the location is very strategic just opp the railway station. A tips, you can request the hotel to pick you up from the railway station to the hotel and vice versa. This service is free of charge. Feedback to the front desk, to focus more on their work because upon check in, I have specifically requested a non-smoking room but I was assigned a smoking room instead. Definitely not a great experience.

The location is excellent — right in the middle of historic Duzheng Jie. For me, this was the perfect blend of local / touristy. The area is essentially one cobblestone street with some restaurants and shops, plus some hidden ones in the connecting alleys. It’s accessible to other key points of interest and two metro stations (both along Line 1) by foot which is also convenient. Note: The location probably isn’t suitable for light sleepers however. There is a live house directly downstairs and the hotel is small, so it can be a bit noisy. On my final night, someone set off multiple rounds of firecrackers all through the night which led to smoke billowing up to my balcony. This is not the hotels fault, but just something to note for future guests. It might be an infrequent weekend occurrence due to the upcoming Spring Festival. The room was fine for me. Large, comfortable bed. Spacious balcony. Many free movies available on the TV. Note: The rooms are only cleaned upon prior request. Except for the exact moment that I checked in, and probably only because there was a family checking in then too, I never saw any staff downstairs. They can be reached through the hotel’s WeChat, but don’t expect any warm good mornings, how is your stay, etc. when exiting or returning each day.

definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.

Everything is very well. Firstly, location is very near Subway Line 2 (Exit 4) and Changsha High Speed Railway (upper) and Changshanun (upper), the entrance is opposite LAWSON and McDonald (downstair). Secondary, The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are automatic toilet flushing and separate bathroom and toilet. Thirdly, there are various breakfast and staffs are attentive and provide very good service. We were very impressed and would stay again.

This is really a more comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The environment is very good and the service is very thoughtful, especially Xiao Pan from the reservation department arranged the room in advance as required, and any problems during the stay were solved in time, which was very considerate. The room is clean and hygienic, and is fully equipped with smart devices. All day long, I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed on this business trip. When the waiter said that the weather was too hot, two people delivered two fruits 😬; the breakfast room is very convenient on the 17th floor, and the breakfast variety is very rich. When I came out and saw a gym sign, I went in and took a look. I didn't expect it! ! ! Unexpectedly, the small hotel has all the internal organs, especially the self-service washing machine and dryer found through the stairs. It is a pleasant surprise! Hahaha, yes, one detail is that the shower lamp is too dazzling. If you can change it to a warmer, it would be great.
