suggest to allow the guest open window in a 10 centimeters length, as a new hotel strong smell is normal but take hotel maintenance prior to guest comfort is not right. There’s always a way to make both sides happy i.e. do not seal the window at the first half year of opening. In room dining is always a challenge to a new hotel but guest wouldn’t care when they received sloppy lasagna, over night taste fried rice and warm smoothie. Same level hotel room service in Europe and US are fresh and crispy, in China seems very straggle to make same standard.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to all visitors to Changsha which is super clean & tidy, awesome view in the high floor, has 24h service and all waiters are friendly.
