We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

The hotel is located on the other side of the Xiangjiang River, near Wanda Commercial Street, and one step away from Wuyi Square. It is a pleasant hotel, and you will have a good mood when you stay here! When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by spring and a warm atmosphere. The front desk greets guests with a smile, is proficient in operation, checks in quickly, and arranges rooms satisfactorily. The room designed by Wang Zhouping is clean, tidy and has no peculiar smell. In the room, you can see the beautiful scenery of Orange Island. The flowers are blooming in spring, the trees are shady, and the sculpture of Chairman Mao stands among the mountains and rivers. At night, look at the Xiangjiang River, where the neon lights are flashing and bright. Starlight, as far as the eye can see. The executive lounge has a beautiful environment, elegant decoration, plenty of drinks, exquisite dishes, and Tan Hui's considerate service. The swimming pool and gym have a good environment and the water temperature is comfortable. The fish fillet and rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. The hotel is located not really close to subway station but it’s good to have a walk up to downtown and also quite close to the museum. Several shops and restaurants around the hotel and there’s a big shopping mall nearby which has cafes and a supermarket. For me as a not fluent Chinese speaker, Mark Gong at the front desk helped me in English with everything. The room was quite clean, comfortable and well designed. I enjoyed bathing every morning and night to relax. It was such a pleasant stay! Would like to come back.
