First time staying here and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk upgraded my room for free, and the room itself was incredibly spacious and very clean. It was a really great stay. Even in the middle of the night, they helped me check the surveillance footage when I asked, showing excellent service. Next time I'm in Changsha, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. The surroundings are beautiful, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, plus a large cinema right next door. Highly recommend!

We booked a family suite with twin beds, which included one bedroom and a living room. The environment was excellent – quiet, comfortable, and without any strange odors. It even had a bathtub, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming. Card access is required to use the elevators, which made us feel very secure. We also enjoyed a beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel from our room. When we checked out, they thoughtfully offered us water for our journey. The only slight downside is that the location isn't as convenient for transportation as staying right by Wuyi Square, but this also means it's wonderfully quiet.

Stayed for 2 nights. The room was spacious with new facilities, well-arranged, and of good quality. The pressure-relieving mattress made for a comfortable sleep. The location is excellent, relatively quiet. I was happy it was quite close to the Hunan Geological Museum and convenient for getting to the airport. The service staff and front desk personnel were all very enthusiastic. Breakfast was satisfying, and there's a terrace. Everything was great.

The hotel rooms are large, the staff are very friendly, and there is a swimming pool inside, which is very beautiful. There is a subway station nearby, which is convenient for transportation. There are also many delicious restaurants. The experience is very good.

The experience of staying at the Vienna Hotel was amazing! As soon as I walked into the lobby, the elegant European-style decoration style immediately caught my eye, with crystal chandeliers and exquisite murals, the atmosphere was immediately full. This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

The location of the hotel is good, there is a subway right at doorstep. I like it not directly located at tourist spot, but can go wuyi within a few train stops. There are eateries and shopping mall nearby, its convenient. We would stay here again when in Changsha
