I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience that I highly recommend. The service was outstanding—staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully maintained, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The smart arrangements, from efficient check-in to well-designed amenities, made my stay seamless and enjoyable. Overall, this hotel exceeds expectations, and I’d gladly return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and comfort!

This experience exceeded my expectations, so I would like to comment manually: The room is clean and quiet, in the high area, with sufficient air conditioning (a little too much 😄), no noise, and fruits and snacks were provided, which warmed the hearts and stomachs of guests who arrived at the hotel late at night. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly rich in five-star hotels, it is delicious and of good quality. The customer service is very warm and friendly, especially the check-in front desk lady and the concierge brother. When I checked out this afternoon, the power bank and power supply were left in the room. Because I was waiting for the car, the two helped me get the power bank back in time, and the brother also took the trouble to help me take down a very thick book. Thank you again, it's very heartwarming. The only drawback: sometimes it takes a little time to wait for the elevator.

This was my third stay here. The environment is comfortable, safe, and secure. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the chopped chili fish head for lunch was incredibly flavorful, leaving a lasting impression. The douhua (tofu pudding) had just the right amount of sweetness. The gym is quite spacious, offering billiard tables, treadmills, and arm-strength training equipment. As someone who often struggles with insomnia, I slept incredibly soundly at night. It's been a long time since I've fallen asleep so early.

The services are very good. Jack Ma & Rover are very good help. The location is good. near changsha railway station. Unfortunately, my time here in Changsha is all raining. My plan to go to Taiping street is ruined because there is a blockade of street.

I really made the right choice for this hotel! The high-floor view is incredibly spacious, offering a clear view of the city during the day, and the neon lights at night create a truly atmospheric atmosphere. The location is also fantastic, super close to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining, saving me a lot of travel time. The room was also a delight, with a simple yet sophisticated decor and a lot of attention to detail. It was incredibly comfortable. I'd especially like to praise the service of our housekeeper, Xiaotian. She was incredibly thoughtful! She even came downstairs to pick up takeout and washed, dried, and returned my clothes. It was truly heartwarming to receive such thoughtful service while I was away from home. Thumbs up!

I chose the Fengxi Wutong Holiday Hotel because it's conveniently located near Changsha Apollo Square, which was our morning meeting point for a group tour. Overall, it offered great value for money. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, the hotel felt newly renovated, and the room facilities were clean, cozy, and comfortable. Being right next to a subway entrance was incredibly convenient. As a first-time visitor to Changsha, I was very satisfied. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of breakfast options.

Everything was perfect ! Good service and location , direct access to IFS and near metro. Many food choices nearby ! About 4-5km to Changsha railway station. Reached hotel in the morning and hotel kindly provided early check-in. Hotel staff also send me pdf full of food options. Hotel placed a fruit platter in my room and turn down service ( without me asking). Requested late check out via wechat which was convenient.Room is new, neat and clean ✌️Definitely will be back at Hyatt Changsha again !

After returning from Zhangjiajie, I continued my stay at the Mako Hotel. Its location is super convenient, right by Wuyi Square in Changsha, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only real letdown was the breakfast. The buffet selection in the open dining area wasn't very extensive, although they do offer an à la carte menu. We stayed for four days in total. Only on the first day did a server inform us about the à la carte option. For the rest of our stay, no one mentioned it, and other guests around us didn't seem to order anything either, probably assuming it was an extra charge. We ordered two cheese rolls, and the server surprisingly told us it would take 20-30 minutes to prepare one! What kind of restaurant takes that long for a simple item? It was clearly a tactic to discourage guests from ordering à la carte. After we'd ordered a few other items, the server casually took the menu away, clearly signaling we couldn't order anything else. By the time we left, our order wasn't even complete. We were too bothered to complain further, so we just left. Honestly, if you're so concerned about guests eating too much, then don't even offer this à la carte option in the first place. Furthermore, just before breakfast service ended, two people who looked like hotel management were openly taking food from the buffet and eating it themselves in the dining area. I've truly never seen anything like that. If you're concerned about food waste, at least wait until all the guests have left before you start eating! Aside from the breakfast experience, everything else was actually quite good.

The room was very clean. Upon check-in, I even saw a cleaner using a lint roller on the floor, which showed great attention to detail. The staff was very patient in guiding me through check-in. I had originally booked a windowless room, but for a small extra fee, I was upgraded to a street-facing room. They offer laundry service, and it was fantastic – clothes were washed, dried, neatly folded, and delivered right to my door! They also called to ask if I needed the room cleaned, though the cleaning service on the second day wasn't as prompt. The hotel's location is very convenient for transportation; there's a subway entrance/exit right downstairs, along with many restaurants and snack shops. If you turn left outside, 'Ben Luobo' offers very authentic Changsha cuisine. Despite being in a bustling area, the room itself was very quiet. A couple of minor drawbacks were that the elevators were a bit slow, and breakfast wasn't included.

I was on a business trip to Changsha. The hotel is very close to the train station and the subway station. The hotel room is very spacious, the room service is also very good, and they also gave Wenxin a razor and wrote a message. The breakfast is also very rich.
