"The location is incredibly convenient, being close to both popular attractions and shopping malls. The room was quiet, and the bed was so comfortable that even I, a light sleeper, had no trouble sleeping soundly. They also offer a luggage delivery service to the airport, which is incredibly helpful if you have afternoon plans. I stayed in Changsha for two days during a layover, and my overall impression of both the dining and the accommodation was excellent."

"This hotel lobby not at ground floor . Lobby at level 7. Have a very nice Zen feel . Breakfast from hotel is simple type .. at their lobby have a mini swimming pool . Can see around high rise building . Didn’t try the swimming pool as I not too sure the pool have clean up often maybe I go is a bit cold weather. The pool seat sofa can see a lot of mod don’t think got wash or replace just leave it there day n night . Put aside the swimming pool , the overall stay at this hotel is great . Give a clean, friendly and peace feeling staying at here . Room inside is spacious enough. Wuyi square just about 10min walk away so no much issue then staying too near the mall area will be too noisy ."

"We booked a family suite with twin beds, which included one bedroom and a living room. The environment was excellent – quiet, comfortable, and without any strange odors. It even had a bathtub, and having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally welcoming. Card access is required to use the elevators, which made us feel very secure. We also enjoyed a beautiful night view of the Ferris wheel from our room. When we checked out, they thoughtfully offered us water for our journey. The only slight downside is that the location isn't as convenient for transportation as staying right by Wuyi Square, but this also means it's wonderfully quiet."

"A huge thank you to our butler O! The room she arranged for us was excellent. She meticulously followed up on our preferred room type and all check-in requirements, which we found incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We were truly delighted by such personalized service. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic – very rich, diverse, and well-stocked, with delicious food, and the dining area offered a wonderful view. They even gifted us snack vouchers for Huogongdian. Our butler truly went above and beyond, ensuring every aspect of our stay was perfectly managed. As for local specialties, the stinky tofu, though pungent, was incredibly delicious, and the crayfish was exceptionally tasty. The hotel itself offers beautiful overall views, and we stayed in a lovely Japanese-style room. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! "I recently checked in during the early hours around 12+ a.m. after booking through Trip.com. Upon entering the room, I was not informed it was a smoking room, and unfortunately, the smell was extremely unpleasant, especially after turning on the air-conditioning which seemed to circulate the stale smoke. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially since there was no prior notice during the booking or at check-in. For health and comfort reasons, I would have never agreed to a smoking room. Please ensure that all customers are clearly informed in advance if they are being assigned a smoking room. Transparency on this matter is essential, especially during late-night check-ins when options to change rooms may be limited. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your procedures to avoid similar experiences for future guests."

"This experience exceeded my expectations, so I would like to comment manually: The room is clean and quiet, in the high area, with sufficient air conditioning (a little too much 😄), no noise, and fruits and snacks were provided, which warmed the hearts and stomachs of guests who arrived at the hotel late at night. Although the breakfast variety is not particularly rich in five-star hotels, it is delicious and of good quality. The customer service is very warm and friendly, especially the check-in front desk lady and the concierge brother. When I checked out this afternoon, the power bank and power supply were left in the room. Because I was waiting for the car, the two helped me get the power bank back in time, and the brother also took the trouble to help me take down a very thick book. Thank you again, it's very heartwarming. The only drawback: sometimes it takes a little time to wait for the elevator."

"I rarely write long reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I initially booked the wrong room type, a twin suite, and only realized it upon check-in when it was too late to change. However, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and quick to offer several solutions. I found this level of service exceptional! Considering Changsha's vibrant nightlife, I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast runs until 1 PM! This kind of thoughtful, customer-centric approach truly impressed me. The hotel's location is also excellent. Downstairs, there are just enough eateries and shops to meet immediate needs without being noisy. The entire ambiance is very stylish and artistic. For those tired of 'traditional hotel decor,' choosing this place genuinely feels warm and tasteful. The bed was comfortable. While I'm not a fan of Dyson hairdryers myself, having them here certainly puts it on par with five-star hotel standards. I was also surprised to find a lighted vanity mirror on the desk, as I always have to bring my own folding makeup mirror. This truly shows an incredible attention to guest needs. All I can say is that for this price, compared to a 2-3000 RMB suite at a five-star hotel, the experience far exceeded my expectations!"

"For our family trip (two adults, one child), picking the right hotel made all the difference! The room was equipped with two 1.35m beds, providing ample space for all three of us. The mattresses were perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a sound night's sleep every single night. This was a huge plus! Moreover, the room was incredibly spacious; it never felt cramped, and our child had plenty of room to run and play. The facilities clearly looked new and were very user-friendly. Cleanliness was also impeccable; every corner felt spotless and well-maintained. From check-in to check-out, the overall experience was fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations. It offers excellent value for money, and we will definitely choose this place again on our next visit!"
