房間寬敞明亮。很喜歡房間的格式。而且還是最高樓，晚上夜景特別好看，晚上也很安靜，隔音也很好。衞生乾淨整潔。

空天很大，阿姨打掃的也很乾凈，入住非常方便，輸入密碼就可以進，有獨立的電梯，不會跟樓裏的辦公人員共用電梯，出差非常推薦

首先勸各位開車去的不要住這裏，這個是個私人民宿，沒有自己的停車場。我們到的當天特地諮詢了民宿聯繫人，衹和我們説隨便停車，他們報銷20元的停車費，我們就停在邊上酒店停車場，停了11個小時，收了80的停車費，民宿沒有任何提醒。 第二，我們入住沒有任何人接待，沒有前台，直接給的密碼入住，沒有任何安全性，也不知道符不符合酒店民宿合格標準。 第三，當天入住房間的電視遙控器壞了，答應我們回來看一下，後面就不理人了，也從來沒有出現 第四，房間設施衞生很差，地上有煙頭，桌子是個破爛的麻將桌，淋浴頭也是歪的，水全部往外面射。奉勸這個價位，在長沙完全可以住更好的酒店。

自助入住的，可能因為春節，打掃衞生阿姨晚上九點半才來，隔音效果有點差，隔壁按門鈴就像在按自己房間的門鈴，房間空調特足，基本不能調低温度，熱水温度不穩定，早上很熱，晚上就有點忽冷忽熱，用的尼爾森的浴巾，毛巾手巾，都有酒店標誌，房間有冰箱，視野可以，37樓，公交車方便，走到延年酒店就能看到很多公交車到地鐵站，然後就可以各種走，有地下過街通道，銀盆嶺大橋有步行道可以到河東，漁人碼頭春節期間沒有什麼吃飯的店，酒店春節期間特別不好打車

帶着孩子們第一次來長沙，第一晚住的不是這家酒店，因為酒店原因，我們第二天一大早就果斷換成了紐思曼酒店，結果很滿意！房間乾淨整潔，而且非常寬敞，江景也很美！以後來長沙就直接選紐思曼了！

服務：全自助入住，客服加vx發密碼就完全隱形了，寄存行李也是發密碼寄存在倉庫。
環境：在希爾頓樓下，跟它看同一個江景，四捨五入也當自己住五星級了
設施：樓下就有茶顏悦色和，外賣也很方便，就是距離地鐵太遠了，要走15分鐘，出遊大暴走之後真的不想走這個距離，導致衹坐了一次地鐵，每次都是叫車出行。
衞生：整體挺乾淨的，還配廁所墊，就是不知道洗手池中庭為啥會滲水

整體入住還可以，唯獨就是酒店的服務不敢恭維，凌晨4點入住的，明確告訴服務員12點之前不要吵我，可還是在12點之前發消息問我是否續住或者退房，而且蓋酒店的退房時間私自定為12點，沒有按照國家酒店業14點之前退房時間執行，超過12點就要付費，所以建議最好別入住，要不然很難扯清楚！
