The hotel is at the 26th floor of the building. Reception counter at 26th floor. The view is nice, overlooking Changsha skyline but don't expect much because it is just city view. The building itself has a mall, supermarket, convenience stores, food, drinks, surrounded by many shops and eateries. There's also a primary school nearby. Very convenient and neighbourly feel.

This is the first time I have booked a hotel so many times that I feel that this hotel is terrible in all aspects. The reasons are as follows:
1. The hotel is located on an inconspicuous floor, and it took me a long time to find it.
2. The front desk clerk failed to swipe my ID card at first and asked me if my ID card had been degaussed. After swiping it several times, it still didn’t work. I had to choose to enter it manually (the fact is that the hotel system is too backward and there was a problem with swiping the card).
3. The front desk asked me if I lived alone, and then gave me a room close to the service desk. Who knew that this room really had various problems: the sheets were torn, and the bathroom was leaking because of squatting. ), the sofa looks like a second-hand one picked up from the trash can.
