Sparkling clean hotel! Excellent location, just like 1-2 min walk to the metro station and to lots of restaurants and shops! It’s right where the nightlife is buzzing (lots of street food). Staff was very nice and patient. They use translators to communicate with us. However, the room is a bit small and the breakfast did not taste good nor it had a wide variety. Nevertheless, they have a rooftop deck and excellent services including doing your laundry. Regardless, I highly recommend this hotel! It’s one of our best stays in Hunan. Definitely lives up to their high ratings

Hotel location is great, its right on the city walk. a few steps from the metro station and all the city-walk has to offer. lots of crowd right out side the hotel door steps. The room the hotel assigned me was in a split level between the lobby/bar and the roof top. there are overhead beam in the hallway leading to my room which was uncomfortable to walk through. you have to cringe down in case you head your head. Room is a good comfortable size and updated but a bit noisy. The breakfast was included in my rate but it wasn't good. I stayed for two nights and on the last day prior to check out there was a lady doing live-stream in the lobby. which I think it's inappropriate because it's affecting the hotel guest's privacy, something the hotel manager should take a note about.

Everything is really lovely. It has a nice modern decor, a great location, and truly comfortable mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to make a reservation here.
