The hotel is located at shopping district, 2 min walk from exit 2 huangxin subway.
Hotel provided good quality toiletries products, too bad no body lotion

Stayed here for 6 nights, hotel room was tidy, amazing room service, even had little robots for food delivery. I was flying out on my last day and they even had free service to transport my luggage to the airport so I didn't have to carry them which provided such convince as I didn't fly until 7pm but check out time was 1pm. Customer service team was also amazing.
The only downside is due to the hotel being right next to the popular areas, it can get noisy at times in the night so if u're a light sleeper I'd advice to book the same hotel but maybe a different location as they have many branches around the city.
Overall genuinely very happy and satisfied with my stay, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

Staff at reception very helpful and take good care of us even send the supper to our room. Help to call to logistic partner to Locate our parcel. Really appreciate. Location wise is at very strategic location. Will come back again.

The hotel is only a few steps from the walking street, but somehow was quiet! Good safety/security as room card is needed to access elevator to guest floors. We requested a non-smoking room and were happy to not have any odor. The room was very clean and all smart accessories worked well, the blinds are very good to keep the room dark, but if they are opening the daytime the room is orange.
We also enjoyed being able to do laundry, but had to walk up/down stairs as the room key could not access the laundry floor, and we could not turn on the lights in the laundry room.

Everything was great, location, service, cleanliness. The only reason I gave 4 for amenities was because the guest laundry & gym were both on a floor that was inaccessible to guests which seems to defeat the purpose of having them.
Very convenient location for restaurants & getting around the city as it is right beside the HuangXing Sq. metro station. That said, if I ever go to Changsha again I would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the free laundry services. Provided free collection and delivery of clothes, unlimited pieces Free delivery luggages to airport. Only flaw is Aircon not cold at times.

Nice, clean and futuristic hotel. Location is excellent with easy access to MRT Line 2 and the CBD area. Highly recommended.
