It is a nice hotel after all, the receptionist staff ID #11 was so helpful in helping us booked taxi in advance . To ensure we arrive at airport safely , n communicate with the taxi driver as well.
The only slight - comment for this hotel will be distance to town and transport take longer time book.
Overall My stay in Changsha with my friend was really fun.

長沙來過幾次，這個酒店之前開會住過，推薦給朋友們這次聚會住三天。位置方便，地鐵下來走一個路口到，一進門就有工作人員幫拉行李，倒花茶，還給升級房間。早餐也豐盛，房間內設施也挺新的。附近的烈士公園晚飯後去散步，還有好幾家飯店的飯也好吃，以後來長沙首選這裏。

入住期間整體都非常滿意，酒店的工作人員服務態度非常好特別是前台的工作人員1號跟3號,酒店還有機器人可以送外賣，非常方便，直接就送到房間了停車的話直接到前台掃個停車碼就可以了，嗯，總體來説非常滿意，下次還會繼續入住

服務真的很好，很注意細節，打掃的時候看到我們用了肥皂，主動提供了盞碟來存放。
房間不算特別大，但很乾凈。
早餐品種還蠻豐富的，主動推薦的南瓜餅蠻好吃的。
酒店是獨棟的，位置也不錯，離四方坪夜市、博物館、烈士公園都蠻近的。總體來説，值得推薦

入住時前台10號小姐姐的笑容特別有感染力，11號小哥哥服務也特別好，主動幫我提行李，還細心提醒房間空調的最佳温度和附近好吃的本地菜館。我臨時需要打印1個文件，她立刻幫忙處理，全程沒讓我多等一分鐘。這種不刻意卻處處貼心的服務，瞬間讓陌生城市的住宿變得超温暖，下次來一定還選這家！

一年出差至少150天，住過很多酒店，每次都是前台讓幫忙好評我才評，但是這次是我主動評價的。
這次帶小朋友出行，到店之後幫忙升級了房間不説，服務一直很好，房間雖説靠馬路，剛開始還擔心吵，因為我平時住都要求不要臨街房間，但是雙層玻璃基本上完全隔絕這個問題，早餐可以，在這個價位裏面算豐富的，服務必須滿贊
