✨[進入房間第一眼]房間整潔乾淨無異味，整體佈局簡單，剛裝修好的樣子，看着十分舒服，拖鞋洗浴用品生活用品該有的都有~
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東人很好，熱情好説話，有需要願意幫助超愛~
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]床很軟，隔音效果很好，睡眠很好，超乎預料~
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]距離地鐵兩三分鐘，公交站就在樓下，太平街五一廣場國金中心黃興街等許多景點都十分方便~
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]有電視機可以看，大大的鏡子，許多衣架可以晾衣服，洗衣機吹風筒都很方便，還有沙發可以讓多一個人躺着，冬天各個水龍頭還有熱水很人性化~

非常差勁，入住還要每天額外收取20塊錢的清潔費也交電費，訂酒店的平台上完全沒寫，亂收費，住幾天就要交幾天的清潔費，也不是每天來打掃，衞生條件不好，不開空調換氣，房間味道很難聞。入住時，訂單上的房間類型和她們電腦上顯示的不一樣，自己買劵省了一點錢訂的酒店，還要説我們訂的便宜，入住體驗極差，住過最差的民宿，沒有之一

就是垃圾酒店，定好了又每晚收衞生費20，還沒停車場，要自己付費停車，女老闆服務態度差，男老闆還行，空調根本就不能用，噪音還大，真給長沙市丟人，各網路平台應該現場查看下，如果客户看過房，我認為沒有人會住！

居然還有二次收費，到店另收了20的衞生費。
房間很臟，空調厚厚的灰塵，吹出來一陣咳嗽，洗手枱周邊發黑發黴，窗户玻璃許久未擦過，沙發上各種污漬。
不知這20的衞生費搞哪了。

房子位置非常好，地鐵口近，離五一廣場、坡子街、太平老街非常近。環境整體還可以，畢竟就是公寓，房東也不錯，值得推薦

服務很好哦，我們因為種種原因，去的時候老闆睡著了，但也起床幫我們辦理入住了，房間也挺大的，有空調，有投影，相對而言，性比價還是可以的，不過有幾點需要改進，第一房間有異味，第二床單需要改進，希望可以改進哦，最後祝酒店生意興隆
