Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but very big. There is a convenience store downstairs that was very good to have.

説實在的做為一個四星級酒店，我很難想象衣櫃裏連睡袍都沒有放，房間隔音效果也差，退房時前台掃停車卷，要求15分以鍾要離開，問題來了，入住酒店時前後繞了一圈，沒有停車位，又開到酒店後面的停車場負一層負二層還是沒車位，並且轉彎處到處停滿了車，要是開車技術不好的很容易擦到車，轉了十來分鐘，好不容易停下車了，第二天退房出去，通道里塞得滿滿的，好多車甚至都不放手機號碼在車裡，衹能請保安來協調，去查車主電話號碼，花費二十多分鐘才移開車，好不容易才倒出來，要是開車真不方便，請慎重。

如果可以的話，1分都不想給，相當垃圾！！！
設施：老酒店，設施老舊，廁所洗手枱漏水；空調老化，長沙將近40度的高温天氣，空調就好像風扇沒有冷氣；窗户關不緊，馬路上聲音很大；牀板特別硬，像睡在地上；
衞生：空調管道應該常年沒有清洗，地毯啥的都是，空氣中瀰漫著蟎蟲味？呆在房間裏渾身發癢；
沙發上都有很多污漬；
服務：這是最要命的，可以説是沒有，我們是到附近辦事，剛好這裏位置比較近，有停車位（停車場也相當垃圾，過道上全是車）；我們前一天下午兩點入住，舟車勞頓比較累，剛躺着想休息下，樓上就開始鑽啊，割啊，砸，沒法睡，但是介於訂單界面有提醒（酒店於下午2點到6點半裝修），就算了，並沒有投訴！致命的是，第二天一早8點我們房間正上方就開始裝修！投訴了幾次，也沒有停止！！！視頻1⃣️是一大早裝修的聲音，你們聽聽！！！而且前台還説入住和我説了，我説你們可以調監控，絕對沒人提過一點，我還特意用攜程權益延遲到下午2點退房，目的就是多睡一下（因為前一天辦事忙到比較晚特別累），主要是酒店相關負責人，還一副很了不起的樣子，沒有一點道歉的意思，乾脆沒有服務，相當垃圾！
這酒店不是因為每次周邊有活動，壓根沒生意，就像趁着活動漲價，吸一波我們消費者的血，年老要改造就停業一段時間好好整改一下，捨不得孩子套不住狼！
