Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! (special shoutout to Ms. 柯, you have been very helpful and we appreciate your help!)

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly. One of the staff members named "Amora" was my personal housekeeper and made my stay even better! He recommended places for me to go and eat. He even presented me a cake for my Brithday! I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the wonderful service. The location is in walking distance to some interesting points and within a lively quarter. Worth to come again.

Amazed by the friendly workers, considerable meal service, and wonderful food!!! Room is spacious, clean, and very tasteful decoration. I wish I could stay another night but good stuff is hard to get: they are too popular and I booked too late. I will definitely come back next time. I rarely write reviews or comments for anything but I feel I have to speak up for this one: I highly recommend this hotel; it worths every penny!

It is really a hotel I like very much, and I will recommend it to countless people around me! The laundry is le labo, breakfast and supper can be brought to the room, the privacy is super good! Also send travel photography ~ the customer service is really great! Help buy coffee every day, because the distance is not available for delivery, the hotel also has laundry service, and then sent me dry cleaning, expedited to get it the next day, the most grateful thing is that the service staff also helped me pack the box! Also helped me send the extra clothes by express delivery, the service is really nothing to say, the room environment is super good! The lining of the pajamas is velvet, not the cotton pajamas of ordinary hotels. At this price, you can really feel that the boss is a very tasteful person, and he is very attentive to management and customer maintenance. As soon as I entered the door, I felt like I had countless private butlers. Before leaving, I was given a set of le labo laundry samples because I was going to other cities. It’s really, I love it!
