①衞生差：地板臟，牆漆都掉了，牆紙也爛了。
②服務差：我們連住三晚，衞生沒來搞，垃圾也沒丟。一次性用品（牙刷牙膏，拖鞋）沒更換。最離譜的是一次性拖鞋，薄如蟬翼，一穿就破還很滑。半桶桶裝水用完了又送不了，直接十塊錢打發了。
③設施舊：設施老舊，空調味道很大不敢開。插座插了手機充電器一直掉插不住。
④床品差：最近幾天都下雨，房間裏都是一股酸臭味道，被子也是濕濕的。看到廚房窗台晾的床單一直在淋雨。。。。。床單被套就是這麼晾乾拿進來換的。

民宿就在五一廣場地鐵站旁邊，地理位置很好，出行方便。附近有佷多商場百貿，離坡子街、太平老街、黃興商業步行街、長沙文和友都很近。

小房間的空調修了3天沒有修好，很不理解，第一天我們到的時候，空調不製冷就和商家溝通了，第二天21點多才來修，沒有修好，第三天的22點左右來修的，修到了23點左右才修好，在這住了3晚，空調都沒有用，其中一個人睡客廳兩晚上，非常離譜，唯一值得欣慰的就是位置和設施衞生都還不錯，隔音嘛就不要想了哈，選擇住在這邊也沒有抱什麼希望。

沒有任何服務，訂好以後微信給你賬號密碼，房間裏連瓶水都沒有，水壺都生銹發黑，中央空調3個壞兩個。到的時候圖便宜，結果進坑。到的時候凌晨3點半，一直在崔退房。要延遲就要求給個5星好評！避雷吧

這個差評必須給！這是出去旅行最差的一次體驗。中午廣州出發，下午五點預訂房間，結果路途堵車，要次日早上六七點才到。請求取消訂單，不給！問，可不可以改第二天的，也不行。爺爺的，為了那個退不掉的房間，**開車16個小時，冒着生命危險，去趕住酒店。因為中午十二點要退房。我早上七點趕到的話，睡四個小時?到了酒店，居然沒有飲用水。哪怕是三毛、五毛錢一瓶的也好啊！沒有。問，有沒有停車位?服務員告訴:沒有。酒店下面停車24小時，50元。想着來都來了，不計較這些了。於是第二天還沒有睡醒，早早起來退房。然後去逛街，下午重新找酒店，聽説可以免費停車，就把車子開走了。服務員説的是:24小時50元。結果我停了10小時41分鐘，收我60元。**……還好**開出來了，不然住個破酒店，停車費都要一百塊錢。就這樣的服務、體驗、怎麼能開心?為了不讓大家踩坑。奉勸一定要三思！千萬不要像我一樣，避坑！避坑啊！

房問設備較齊全，但不能正常使用，空調不太熱，房間較冷。價格偏高與房間設施不匹配，特別昰服務質量太差，不能及時解決客人提出的間題，不能居住原訂房間，。是最差的一次攜程旅行安排。
