長沙這個城市真的太舒服了，這個酒店是我在近兩年住過的最舒服的一家酒店，他準備了很多平時要用，但是出門又忘記帶的小東西，例如洗面奶，護手霜，潤膚露，退房的時候還給準備了很多很多小禮物，還有雞尾酒，真的愛了

地理位置便利，設計也輕鬆有趣。説幾個可以改進的點吧：一是樓下全是宵夜檔，近馬路，太太太太太吵了。二是我用攜程積分兑了早餐，但我已經忘記了，經過前台隨口一問，前台查了系統答覆説我的訂單無早餐，我也就信了，第二天睡醒起來，隨手打開攜程訂單，才發現有早餐，已經來不及吃了，前台也太不專業了，我也真是太相信他們本該專業了。三是洗手液的按壓口壞了，和前台説了之後確實有處理，但處理方式是幫我把洗手液加滿，感覺完全沒有理解到我所表達的意思。

環境來説是不錯的，整體設施算新，衞生乾淨
1：酒店沒有準備洗澡的涼拖鞋，一次性拖鞋不方便
2：百項管家服務點評，可以洗衣，
點了卸粧油，化粧棉，晚安粥，結果衹給卸粧油，化粧棉，晚安粥都沒給，
問了服務員點了下午茶説是咖啡和爆米花，點了也是沒有給的，
當天下午三點入住酒店，定的麻將房説還沒有收拾好，臨近五點才給房間，所謂早餐也是比較差的，説每個房間有彩蛋，我們定了三間房，三間房都沒有彩蛋，説要禮物去前台領，衝著小紅書推廣服務好來的，結果最差的就是服務，服務不做好就別推廣自己服務好了。
如果想體驗好的服務來這家的話別來，
環境這個價位來説算中等的，酒店整體就環境還OK了
還有一個就是這個地址不好點外賣！！！很多好吃的點不到，特別是宵夜！！！

1.14號下午六點半起店入住，前台説想吃爆米花可以給我弄，九點吃完晚飯回來，前台説玉米粒沒有了明天才能弄，是不想弄呢還是真的沒了呢
2·隔壁住的陽了，15號早上九點多給前台打電話詢問，為什麼知道陽了不通知我們，讓我們做好防護，問你們是不是知道陽了，我看門口都放着水，然後前台就開始吼，學生都有水，現在陽了很正常。是很正常，你的態度不正常，你還説不是吼，不是吼，我離我女朋友一米坐，都能聽到你懟她的聲音。
那個前台服務水平參差不齊，既然做的是服務業，難道重要的不是詢問客人需求，儘量滿足需求？我女朋友知道隔壁陽了語氣不好是她的不對，可是返鄉的為什麼不集中安排在一些房間？你們為什麼不能語氣平和地解釋。也許我説這麼多你們看都不會看。但是，服務是決定酒店名聲的最關鍵因素之一吧。

挺意外的在一個很不起眼的很老城的長沙地區住到一個很不錯的酒店，裡邊空間都很大氣，家裡人都喜歡，尤其孩子喜歡親子房的大屏幕，看動畫片都很痛快，服務的小姐姐也很温柔可愛，設施挺全也是智能化的，晚上有養生粥，爆米花🍿孩子的最愛！

一家寶藏酒店，在一條巷子裏，晚上睡覺超級安靜，步行幾分鐘就到了嶽麓山腳下，小姐姐服務態度超好，端茶，介紹服務，送我們進房間非常暖心，房間寬敞，幹靜，大屏投影，影觀效果滿滿的愛了，停車場很大，非常方便
