我一般很少寫評價，但是這一家花螺酒店，我來點評下我的感受:第一:服務那真的是很好（不管是前台，還是打掃的阿姨，他們態度都很好，特別我們小孩一個玩具以為遺漏在酒店，他們幫忙在房間找了很久）真的是辛苦了，態度真心好，也不會因為你們退房了就不管了。第二:酒店位置其實還算是比較好找的，前台在10樓，也有地下停車場超級方便。

第一次住民宿，感覺比酒店温馨，配置一應俱全，酒店位置也好找，就在馬路邊第一棟，走路去五一廣場也才十來分鐘，前台小妹還給了遊玩攻略 介紹了不踩雷的美食、服務棒棒噠～下次來長沙首選這家。
