Had a great time here and got upgraded on arrival. The Hangzhou steamed bun shop at the end of the road was absolutely killer. Had issues with door cards though.

The front desk staff had a very good service attitude. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, fully equipped, with separate wet and dry toilets, good breakfast, good service, and a good decoration style. The hotel is located in the downtown area, close to the Hunan Museum and the subway station. The parking lot at the door is large, and the location advantage is obvious.
