環境：環境真的是很好，房間也很大，床和枕頭都舒服，睡的很好。
設施：設施看着都比較新。
衞生：衞生乾淨，每天都會協助打掃。
服務：主要是服務想多説兩句，週六中午回到酒店，想多要一張房卡。於是戴眼鏡的小姐姐就熱情的幫**作，感覺她像是新人，不太會做房卡。轉過頭去看後面沒戴眼鏡的小姐姐，這位小姐姐相當不耐煩的走過來，皺着眉頭教戴眼鏡的小姐姐。本來她們影響不到我什麼，就在房卡辦完的時候，沒戴眼鏡的小姐姐直接把我的身份證扔了過來。工作中的情緒，真是不應該轉移到客人身上。
